Staff person at front desk could not tell me where to catch the shuttle to get to the hotel. Upon arriving the room accomodations were not as booked. Staff is very poor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk clerk named Jeremy was awesome!!! I didn' tlike that my room didn't have a mini fridge. I really could of used one. The ice machine on my floor was broken, so I had to go downstairs for ice.
