Location is in Mid Town, which is nice
found 3 beetles in the room, (Not Bed bugs), but large beetles...one under the sheets in the bed, not cool.
The shuttle service is great. Thanks Tim.
I waited 2 hours to get my room made up, although I left the room at 7.00 am and returned at 1:00 pm. I asked 3 time the room service to make up the room, no way!!!! Meanwhile I had to work in the lobby. The price was 2 time the standard because of an exhibition and a Football game. A shame!!!
Our conference was held at Georgia Tech, and we were an easy walk. All the staff was positive and friendly.
Overall things were fine.
I like boutique hotels generally and this was a good fit for a last minute stay. I like the convenience, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel. The staff was awesome.
I have nothing negative to say.
Location is central and getting around Atlanta was easy. The building is old but nicely decorated and most of the facilities were in good shape and inviting. Bed was comfortable, AC worked as it should, and the hotel food was better than I expected. Staff very helpful.
My room was small, only about 12x16', and one of the overhead lights was out and there was standing water on the 2' wide "balcony" outside. There's some traffic noise as it's directly off of I-75. But these were minor things.
The location is perfect for downtown business .
My room was not clean when I entered, so I had to request another room. I was charged $20 for parking each day and was not told. I was also charged $20 for "incidentals" although they say this charge will be credited after a few days. Too many hidden cost!
Location, very convenient in midtown near all attractions. The Courtyard is an excellent hotel.
Pool and location
1. Had to pay for parking 2. No breakfast included 3. Difficult to get into and out of parking lot
Came in late after a concert and they had everything ready. Gave a list of restaurants that deliver so that we could just relax instead of going out for night.
N/A Everything was great
Great location for our needs.
The location relative to where we needed to be each day.
Price for the room was high compared to what I pay elsewhere. Small room for the price. No place to sit but the bed or desk chair. Electrical availability above the refrigerator.
Not a lot.
We booked a room with two queen beds. When we arrived, we were told that was no longer available. We were given a smaller room with a pull out bed. The room was so small we could barely turn around. We will not stay there again.
The hotel amenities and the warm environment.
I have no complaints. My stay was good.
Clean room and lobby areas, good location, friendly staff.
Paid parking in a hotel with a full parking lot - seems unnecessary.
Friendliness of staff
Layout of the room. Large windows.
Ala carte pricing for everything at the lobby restaurant. Pedestrian unfriendly location.
Terrific housekeeping staff. Room was made up quickly. Check in staff very helpful. Food staff were friendly.
Food service for any item prepared in the kitchen took 12-15 minutes. No efficiency. One dish at a time was prepared. There were two large groups staying at the hotel causing a long line for food. There should be signs stating if you ordered certain items there would be a longer wait. They ran out of strawberries on Sunday.... The crowd was already there on Sunday... Anticipation of the needs should have been known. There was a long and difficult time getting out of the parking lot. Not sure what the problem was but it was with several cars and the bus not being able to access the electronic gate. The gate would not open. The front desk seemed short of help on Sunday.. .Several calls were never answered. Calls were referred to a rotary. Front desk staff answer the phones this seemed inefficient and kept people at the counter waiting. There were other staff members in the back.
