Assistant Manager Andrea was great and tried to solve problems like no internet, hot water, over charged credit card.
Front desk associate- elderly woman- was extremely rude. She should not be in the front desk.
We were there on Halloween, and the staff was dressed up and extremely helpful. Especially Fred who recommended a fun restaurant for us to go to.
It was a nice location - we were able to walk to both the inner harbor and Fells Point
The air conditioner in our room was not working - it just made it a little uncomfortable to sleep, and when we reported it to the front desk they apologized but did nothing to rectify the situation.
Friendly staff and very helpful with attractions and area.. Enjoyed dropping bag in lobby and hitting the street for fun and excitement.
Staff was very friendly and responsive. Location was right down in the inner harbor and within walking distance to a lot. Only one block from Little Italy! Harbor ferries were also close and convenient.
Street side rooms could be a little noisy from commotion below on the streets. Not a deal breaker though.
great place no problems going back someday, walking distance to main attractions, really enjoyed stay, nice and quiet at night
The staff were absolutely friendly in every way. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning and to have someone greet you with a kind heart. Thank you for everything!
It was a nice 15 min walk to the Baltimore Convention Center along the beautiful Inner Harbor. They also had free wifi, a pool, AND reasonably priced overnight parking. The staff was also SUPER courteous and they even set us up with a microwave and let my friend, who arrived before me and wasn't on the reservation, check in (with my confirmation number) so he wouldn't have to wait in the lobby.
They don't have a place to pull in to unload the car (you have to do it in the garage). The maid was also a bit overzealous and actually threw away unopened plates and cups we were going to use to eat our dinner.
This was the perfect hotel for a birthday getaway with my friends. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is also located in a convenient location.
There isn't free parking but $23 a night isn't bad for parking downtown.
The perfect location to walk to everywhere for the hotel. The room and bedding were above fantastic. Dozens of eating choices and nightlife action. close to water taxi's and free bus transportation. Knowledgeable hotel staff who have their finger on the pulse of Baltimore
The only thing I didn't like was my stay was too short.
The staff was delightful and personable, and went out of their way to ensure we got a room with a view for our 3 year anniversary.
The hotel is in a wonderful location, the staff is excellent and the entire facility appears to be extremely clean and well kept.
The configuration of the bathroom was the one negative for the hotel. I shared a room with a male friend and both of us were uncomfortable with the bathroom. It will probably prevent me from staying at this hotel again, unless I am alone or sharing a room with a female friend.
Easy access to Inner Harbor and the cafe for a bit to eat.
The staff was Excellent! My daughter had a slumber party and everyone who came loved the pool. The beds and the rooms were clean and comfort. The facility was beautiful and the location was convient.
I didn't like that only 2 people to a room could eat free breakfast. Everyone else had to pay for their own meal.
Lobby looks great room looked fair. Their staff was excellent!!!
That pool is a joke. It was only 3ft. & jacuzzi was kinda small.
Pool and hot tub were both cold
Cheap toiletries. Had to ask for body lotion everyday. Small gym without much equipment.
It was a very good place to stay.
There was no breakfast on sight with the stay.
Clean. Nice people.
The room was extremely hot and the thermastat was completely wrong - had set it for 60 degrees and it felt like 78. Halls were hot too. Also, if you're going to have a bar; you need tvs and people manning it the entire time it's open. Seemed too quiet. Not inviting.
The location was great. The staff was nicer as the experience went on but very rude to begin with.
The staff started of pretty rude but changed their tune. The room was not ready at 5:00 even though check in was at 3:00. While waiting I asked for a drink. I was told to go to the bar. No one was actually working there. Where I could pay almost $3.00 for burnt cup of coffee. The parking was $23 for the night even though that was not detailed anywhere in the booking. For the price the hotel was nothing special. The decor was ugly.
