The location of the hotel.
The hotel tried to change the of my room. But I called the 800 number booking. The priced was changed back.
The room was very clean and even though I had a difficulty with the room the manager was willing to give me another room and complementary items.
My only dislike was that the bathroom light did not work and it took all day and two trips to the front desk to get someone to come see about it
other customers loud
Two bedroom suite was roomy enough for our family.. Breakfast was pretty good.
Room was infested with roaches, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes... 3 towels in room, half a roll of tpaper, and refrigerator broke, but was promptly replaced. Pool had to be drained due to contamination.... Made my stay, alot harder than it should have been with a special needs child. Will not stay here again.
Very friendly staff
The place was very clean but some minor items could use attention - carpet torn in spots, bolt on door did not work ( I think the door jamb was warped), chair cushion was worn through
how high the prices are
Good spot for overnight stay, shops and food short distance away.
Central location, easy to find, courteous staff and clean room.
The furniture in the living space was worn and the pullout couch was awful.
The pool n breakfast
Wasn't enough towels
Good value for the money. Large room.
Need off duty law enforcement as security to keep people from selling and smoking illegal narcotics in the parking lot
when we got there they had no record of our reservations. I had booked with booking.com for a two bedroom unit and they didn't have any left. The man working at the desk couldn't do anything for us and said he couldn't honor the price for another room. all he said were left were queen suites, which would not work for 6 people! I started asking about other hotels in the area and he was happy to let me figure out the situation for myself. We had just driven 10 hours! We were tired and all 6 of us just wanted to sleep. Finally I asked for a manager and she took care of everything. Gave us two adjoining rooms and honored booking.com's rate they quoted us! Thank's to managers like that our stay was not a disaster! It's a good thing I had all my paper work or I would not have been able to prove we booked a room. I will be very hesitant to book through booking.com again. If I do I will call the hotel directly and make sure they receive the request.
Staff was courteous. Free breakfast was pretty decent. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was great to have.
Thin walls. Could hear the family in the next room talking, the TV blaring and kids crying. Rooms could use a little updating.
Great value for our family! Plenty of room, great breakfast, use of Internet/printer in the lobby, conveniently located to restaurants and the highway...overall great experience!
Kitchenet and the intake associate was very nice and cordiall.
The bathroom lights were very dim and there was no fan in the bathroom. Also room 126 or 128 shower squirts water to the ceiling.
Love the suite feels like a apartment very homie friendly staff
The map on your web site had the property across road from Brookwood Mall.We like to walk and our plan was to walk across the street to mall and then up walking trail to Samford U.The real location made this impossible .
The room was spacious enough and comfortable. Liked the fact that there were some kitchen wares already there to use and the coffee in the room is always a plus for me.
Need more ice machines in each building and should have a little better breakfast. Also, did not like to have to walk outside the facility to go to the breakfast room and there were no luggage carts in the 2nd building.
It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. It is in a very convenient and good area. The staff was very nice also. I will be staying there again
Everyone was very helpful and friendly.Very clean and comfortable
The staff was awesome nice friendly they truly make you feel welcome
Only the Iron wasn't working
Location and parking were great along with easy access. The people at the front desk were some of the nicest i have had the pleasure of seeing at a hotel! Every one seemed to be there to please and take a personal attitude toward seeing that you were helped with what ever. For that reason alone i will stay there again.
The room had a strong odor, not a nasty smell but some sort of either cleaner odor or maybe it was the rug? Not sure but everything seemed clean? Only other problem was that the tv was losing signal on and off, think it was a worn out cable because you could wiggle it and get it to work...sometimes.
Home-away-from-home, easy access to highways
"Breakfast" was a joke. Only hot choice was a waffle. Consistently out of many food items, and tables/eating area were filthy. Staff was not helpful and neglected many things. Overall, a poor experience
Location Quiet Comfortable
More dishes in kitchen Scrub brush in kitchen Place to take out suite trash Little run down, cracks in ceiling Need bathroom exhaust fan
The staff were very helpful and courteous with all our needs.
The man staying in the room below us called our room rudely asking if we were going to "stomp around all night". Not only were we in bed at the time(so he must have been mistaken) we also found it highly inappropriate that he would call us himself. Shortly after, the front desk called us as well saying he made a noise complaint. The staff was very nice about it and handled the individual but we were very put off by that.
