good variety at breakfast, close to subway stations and Boston Common
they changed our towels after one day, even if we hanged them to show we would keep them... there was a note stating that the hotel was trying to be eco-friendly, but then they didn't follow their own policies.... what's with that?!!?
Room was very spacious, though a bit dark. Lobby and hotel in general were very nicely decorated with contemporary art, which created nice atmosphere. Really good location.
A minor thing - business centre had run out of paper when we needed to print sth, which was a bit of a pain, cause reception is too many floors down to notify them. No breakfast.
The room was the smallest hotel room and bathroom I've ever stayed in. I could barely walk past the foot of the bed. I felt like they built these rooms to maximize capacity and overlooked the customer! Will never stay here again!
We were so close to all the action! Short cab ride to Fenway, jumped right on the Freedom Trail, walking distance to the Common, Faneuil Hall, Newbury St, Starbucks on the corner... Clubs IF you're interested!
See the last comment... The Club traffic was the only detracting factor! But other travelers may love that! Oh, and the sirens... But they didn't interrupt our sleep, so again it depends on the traveler!
Very helpful staff Size of room incl modern, spacious, functional bathroom Aircon efficient & quiet Great location in theatre district not too far from Sth Boston railway station.
Nothing - except for traffic & one way streets trying to get to hotel
Situated in an ideal location for walking around Boston. Given a list of cafe's and restaurants nearby, on checkin, extremely helpful to first time visitors to the city.
Decor a little tired
Fairly convenient location Recently renovated room Reasonable price for location
Very small room Limited sitting area in lobby
the location was good and central, staff very helpful
the price for what I paid for, there was mold in bath room, carpets worn dirty
The location was perfect, the room was clean and nice.
Kind of expensive, cable TV was terrible. A bar or restaurant in the hotel would be nice.
Fan in bathroom didn't work, tv reception was terrible, toilet didn't work correctly and hallway near our room 1508 was 64 degrees
I loved the location. It was an easy walk to everything and really close to Boston Common! Historical Boston surrounded us. We were immersed into the heart of Boston!
In our King Room there was only a wardrobe and a desk...no dresser was kind of a pain but not the end of the world for a short stay!
Great theatre district location in downtown. Beautiful new lobby, bar, and restaurant. Rooms are also nicely renovated with great updated amenities and free wifi. Highly recommend.
Great location, short walk to the freedom trail, Boston common and trains. Helpful front desk staff.
Room looked tired and was quite small. Bathroom in need of refurbishment. Overall poor value for money, as breakfast was not included and was expensive. No airport shuttle. No convenient public transport to airport from this location.
We asked the stuff to take a look at our bed because we had bitemarks all over. They said they don't see any animals. So we did not change the room (because of that statement). But we asked them to change our sheets while we're out. The sheets were never changed so after two nights we each had about 50+ bitemarks.
Beds--super comfy Renovated room (we were given the option at check in) Staff--EVERY person we passed had a cheerful hello, how are you, can we help you with anything? Location: Just a few blocks from Boston Common
Wish there was complimentary breakfast (We just walked 2 blocks to Panera)
I asked for champaign..never got it. Also paid $200 for a nights stay and the room was extremely tiny and just plain terrible
View from window was poor. Couldn't even tell what the weather was.
Very close to the main attraction sites
a bit expensive
Everything was clean Location was good Décor was very nice View from the room was nice
Toilets are VERY low and no grab bar - hard to get up and down Set temp at 65 but half of the room was still very warm Sheets did not fit on bed and pulled off constantly Lobby was noisy and with the Starbucks and bar right as you walk in it felt even louder and very crowded
Rooms v small
I couldn't show up for the first night of my 2 days stay. I sent an e mail the same day of supposed arrival to tell the hotel, and they were actually very understanding and didn't charge me the first night.
Brilliant location, great wifi and shop, friendly staff
Noise on Friday night from nearby club
The hotel was clean & comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located right across from a subway stop, near Boston Commons, theatre row & several restudents within walking distance
The staff was amazing. They made great recommendations and were accommodating to every need/want we had over three nights. The location is great. It is down the street from public transportation that takes you to Fenway, Harvard, MIT, Cambridge. It is also located three blocks from the Boston Commons.
