It was very nice. I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and everything seemed to be on time.
I was charged an additional $30 for no reason. Everything was returned the way it was left.
Available to airport
I was told I would have to pay more money for parking there and I think the hotel charged me another $189.00 plus tax. What about the $129.00 you charged?
The facilities were all functional. Room was neat the bathroom was sparklingly clean. Proximity to the airport and the shuttle bus was really nice.
The reception layout was not the modern type, it does not reflect the status of the hotel
The hotel was Clean, near the airport, but not noisy and had a reasonable restaurant inside. Easy Access to major highways.
Entrance was somewhat hidden.
The convenience to the airport
The beds were way too firm for my comfort
breakfast was not included as it was indicated on the expedia website
I liked the Fact that the shuttle picked us up at the train station and airport. We were dropped off at the train station to go into the city for some sites. Very convenient.
The restaurant is a ripoff. They have a breakfast buffet for $18 or you could get pancakes for $13 and add $3 for coffee what I'm saying it was a very expensive breakfast. $40 for 2 of us.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, very nice room and convenient to get back to the airport via their shuttle.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and the shuttle was willing to take you just about anywhere.
The afternoon staff was somewhat uncomfortable with answering questions and gave you short, gruff answers.
Our room was clean and very updated. I liked that the vanity being separate from the tub/toilet. It made it easier for three of us to get ready. There's an airport shuttle that runs 24/7, so that was extremely helpful. Computers to check in for flights, wonderful interior and decor. The fireplace was very welcoming.
Not big on the food choices in the restaurant. Limited in food selections. No fridge or microwave and I didn't understand the updated plug-ins on the desk. I tried to using them and I couldn't get any power. But that could be operator error...
The shuttle service is a differential.
The neighborhood Is not good.
The room is outdated with dirty carpet, heavy laden with allergens and we both suffered from bad allergy attacks. Seriously, the room carpet needs changing!
Good service in Bar/Restaurant
Airport Hotel dowdiness
Too far to take a taxi to the. Cruiseship terminal.
The manager was not friendly and was not flexible.
The room was quite spacious
Their phone/line did not work so when we arrived at the airport we couldn't reach them for the shuttle service and we ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.
The location, the quality of the sleep (it was quiet and dark and the beds were good).
I didn't actually notice any information about WiFi, and I would have liked this. Also, it used to be that the hotels at Logan circulated shuttle buses anyway without requiring a call -- or a phone bank for the hotels was located near the exit. I didn't notice this phone bank this time and asked information to call for me. Maybe this was not necessary. To the extent it was, I would have preferred just to go directly to the pick up island and wait or to call on a courtesy phone. I don't have a mobile that works in the US.
We are mobility impaired. The staff was very helpful!
The hotel is a fairly standard business sleep machine, but some pleasant beaches and walks nearby. Good cafe for breakfast in nearby oriental heights, and a great walk out to deer island. Great views of the bay.
One bar area with 10 televisions. Not relaxing.
Good price at a convenient location. Used thd shuttle bus. Very helpful staff
I was in Cortyard for only two days but enjoyed my stau very much. Starting with the comfortable room, ending on exceptional shuttle service. At first I was curious how I would recognize Cortyard shuttle service- there was a plenty of busses but It turned out to be easy to recognize. At the place you can make yourself a coffee or tea. Honestly I cant find anything that would be negative in this hotel. I'll surely recommend it
Wifi was really bad
This is very convenient and a great sleep. The hotel was absolutely silent at night. We also enjoyed watching the sun come up and the planes arrive, knowing that we didn't need to smell the fumes or hear the noise.
It would be nice to have free WiFi (perhaps they have it, but I didn't find any information about it) and the possibility of eating out of standard hours. Since we were travelling from another time zone, we were up in the night and a bit hungry.
no room service, fron desk gives you brochures for places that deliver food - well, nobody actually delivers there, overpriced tasteless food served in the restraunt is your only option if you are there for one day with a child, but then why else would you be there?
