Service in lounge was some of the worst ever experianced - we sat at bar - no one gave us any attention - employees talking small stuff and watching tv -we left.

The room was very inviting and comfortable seating.

The TV remote was terrible, very difficult to work. The toilet flushed like it was exploding

Great shuttle service available to airport and the T. The 24 hour shuttle service was great-especially since we had to leave for airport at 3:45 am. Also shuttle took us to Donna's restaurant. Very nice!

Continental breakfast would have been nice. Our son ran the Boston Marathon and would have been nice to have bananas or something available. We were able to purchase food from dining area for him the night before (bananas, yogurt and bagal)

Shuttle service to airport, T station and local restaurants. Appreciated being able to use a room to shower after Boston Marathon.

Staff that did not seem clued into hotel rules.

It is an Okay airport hotel. Zero character and nothing special. Has a 24 hours airport shuttle and free parking. Nothing to write home about, positive or negative.

I had one problem that the manager resolved, however front desk staff really made me reconsider staying again or recommending the hotel. My hotel confirmation indicated 4 people (2 adults plus 11 and 15 year old kids) staying in the room with breakfast included. When I checked in, I *did not* recieve *any* breakfast tickets. When I ask the front desk in the morning for them, they replied that only 2 guests were covered under the "breakfast included". This is definately not what I recalled from the booking process nor detailed in the email confirmation. Further, the front desk clerk (older, on the heavy side, middle age, black lady) was increadibly defensive about providing 2 additional tickets for my kids. Her reaction indicated that she was going to lose her job (in fact, I think she said, I won't lose my job over somethign like this...). Truly an experience that put me as the customer in a very poor position. The manager (Steve?) resolved the issue when the clerk called him and woke him up (she was not able to located the on duty manager), but resoltuon for the next morning had to wait until after he came in.

In room 133: if the heater wasnt on full, there was a hole in the outside wall under the heating unit that let cold air rush in. Also when I looked under the unit to see where the cold was coming from, it seemed like it hadnt been vacuumed under there in a long time. There was old candy and who knows what... The curtains were sticking and not easy to close or open. For $260 a night, mariott should be ashamed of themselves.

Close to Boston Logan Airport. Reasonable rate.

Not easy to find the hotel because of the nature of Boston. It was difficult to find even with gps. Two caveats-- if you are returning a rental car, make sure you give yourself at least an extra 30 minutes to get to the rental car location. Even with gps, I could not get to the avis location without the help of a Bostonian at 04:30. Even then we missed our 06:15 flight. The 2nd caveat-- Boston airport recommends that you check in 2 hours before flight time, not the usual 1 hour elsewhere. Restaurant in the hotel was good with regards to the food, but the service was really slow.

It was convenient to down town Boston and relatively inexpensive.

It has a free shuttle to the Airport subway station which is close to the hotel. I had to call twice and waited around 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from that station, which was surprising because the station was so close to the hotel.

the staff was excellent! very accomodating to our requests . the shuttle driver was very friendly.

Great location and value. Staff were very good and both food and facilities were great plus free parking!! Rooms were really clean and fresh.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly & helpful. The bed was very comfortable & the driver of the shuttle bus was extremely helpful.Also,, the wake up call was right on time. Thank you- would stay here again. A Brown
