Beds are great and staff was every friendly.

Did not like breakfast and had to wait 10 minutes past 7 to eat so this ment I had to eat and run . Shuttle service not available to bus station or train . People don't just fly needed to take subway

They wanted to bill me twice for breakfast,but sorted it out.

The cleaning staff were spectacular; the beds super comfy. On the day of the marathon, the staff were excellent in assisting the runners, very comforting.

Food & staff in restaurant - it is a service industry & the staff was extremely indifferent. Front desk staff were not helpful EXCEPT after the Marathon when they were excellent

Attitude of staff - unfriendly, not helpful.

Beautiful room, clean

Tv did not power up. After following the troubleshooting guide, I called the front desk 3 times before someone picked up and promised a repairman. The first 2 times, the phone rang so many times that it automatically went to a dial tone (hung up). No one showed up. Upon arrival, I got lost and called for directions. Again, no one answered the phone on the first try and then I was put on hold for over 5 minutes the second time. The hotel access is very difficult fro the highway. I have stayed at Courtyard site many times and this was the first and worst experience I ever had.

The hotel is Vera good!!!

I didn't lake the park In lot because doesn't have spot for all guests and inside the Room 208 or more specific in the bathroom we have a problem with the floor and tube...

The staff was helpful, pleasant & courteous. We were delayed from a Fri. Nite flight to the following Tues. Nite & everyone here has been great! They even had a dinner to serve those of us staying thru "Storm Nemo"!!!

The washing machine was not working.

Local calls were for 75 cents inside the hotel while other hotels was free

We were moving my daughter to Boston and it was a great location with all the shops there. It was on and off I83.

We were trying to watch a football game and the lobby didn't have the cable set up to watch it. Not very important in the scheme of things.

The hotel is very very nice, it anything a little far from the city but its easy to get into the city, take subway from Andrew station which is only 5 mins walk and 2 stops u r there. It took us a while to sort this out but the peace of the hotel slightly out of city is worth it.

I like the location with the ease of getting to your hotel when you are a new traveller not to deal with downtown traffic.

Hotel Staff (except for Lisa) - due to Hurricane Sandy and our flight being cancelled it cause a whole trickle effect of everything else we had booked. We had emailed Courtyard Marriot directly to ensure we would still have our hotel room however i should have contacted booking.com. But that doesn't change the way the staff dealt with the stress. No customer service skills at all.

Staff were. Very friendly and helpful, shuttle bus every half hour to subway, breakfast provided as well as light evening meal. Laundry facilities were excellent, shopping centre close by
