Off of Interstate 93 and within driving distance of downtown Boston, this Woburn hotel serves a full breakfast every day. The on-site restaurant, Waxy O'Connor's, serves Irish and American dishes.

I was in town to attend a wedding. The front desk was very helpful with shuttle information and was always pleasant when entering and leaving the building.
Nice design and clean.
Very dry air in rooms. Up all night coughing and unable to sleep because of nosebleeds. Also, sofa bed is terrible. Don't use, incredibly uncomfortable. Had requested several times both online and over the phone that sofa bed be out and made up prior to midnight arrival but it was not. Had to make the bed in the middle of the night, move furniture, and go down to front desk several times for pillows and sheets. Finally made, the bed was a joke and could not be used. Double sink was advertised but was not in room, had to take turns using sink. Very inconvenient. Coffee in room was terrible.
I liked the off road location and the wooded setting as well as the cheerfulness and attentiveness of the culturally diverse staff members.
There exists some confusion due to the proximity of a second Courtyard motel.
Misinformation given about parking and the shuttle to the transportation center.
Service, cleanliness, amenities, staff
Very comfortable, at 20 minutes from Boston Downtown. Very quiet in spite of being very close to the highway I93.
The prices of the food are not informed in the room.
- spacious, well equipped room with comfortable beds - free parking and free wi-fi - Location was OK for visiting Boston; Go to one of the commuter subway stations by car (e.g. Oak Grove Station) and take the orange line
The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The food served at the bar was also really good and had decent prices but the kitchen closed at 10. The hotel is located very close to the highway (we had a view of it from our room) so it was easy to get anywhere.
The beds had to be the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. It felt like a brick wrapped in a sheet. We saw other rooms down the hall that appeared to be getting new mattresses so I guess we were just unlucky. They also advertise a Starbucks in the hotel which is actually a menu of 5 or 6 coffees that you can get iced only. That's it. Overall, if the beds had been more comfortable, our stay would have been much better. And for over $130 a night, a complimentary breakfast wouldn't have hurt either.
staff super friendly and helpful; rooms were clean and beautiful; felt like I was pampering myself by staying here
Taj, kindly and helpful all the time. Thank you!
Room was very spacious. Had a great view. Clean and came with all of the standard amenities.
I believe I read online about a complimentary breakfast but instead there was a restaurant inside the hotel where you could buy the food. Just one feature I love from the Hampton Inn.
We were very disappointed in the pool area. The pool was very small, the lighting was poor, the jets on the hot tub didn't work and towels were strewn everywhere.
nice, comfortable bed! friendly staff park-and-ride from Wellington Station to Boston
breakfeast not included in our deal no public transportation available close
Location, size of room, crib in room, friendly staff who knew us by name
Bathroom floor a bit dirty
The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice and easy to get to, everything was clean and the housekeepers were great. One of them even folded my pile of clothes for me after she made my bed! The pool at hot tub were nice and it was nice and quiet at night (although other guests might not have the same opinion since I think we may have been a bit too noisy, haha). We were commuting in and out of Boston all weekend, so the free shuttle to the bus station was super convenient as well. I will definitely be staying there again.
The prices at the small market by the service desk and the bistro are a bit up there. The tubs are a bit slick, which made me a bit worried when I showered. They should maybe get mats for them. Also, our TV was a bit touchy for a while, but all in all I have no really big complaints.
1. The location - every easy to go into to Boston or see the countryside. 2. Excellent and informative staff. 3. Well-maintained pool.
comfort, location, staff, appearance,
not able to apply cost to my marriott rewards
Clean and comfortable, with a very pleasant staff.
Hampton gives you breakfast as part of your room cost. Here, you have to pay separately for it.
I liked how quiet my room was and the heating system worked really well. I felt comfortable and slept well.
The restaurant was closed (for renovations, I believe) so there was no breakfast available. The employee and registration did offer some discounts for nearby restaurants to try and make up for the restaurant closure, but I ended up going elsewhere for both dinner and breakfast the next day.
Location Parking Free tea & coffee
Accommodation is good
Need to improve hotel facility.
The front desk staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Even the cleaning lady called the elevator for us. Bed was comfy and air not too dry.
Continental breakfast, or something with the coffee would be nice for that price.
On going work to entrance and lobby area, throughout our stay.We had not been informed of this.Location also has lot of traffic noise from highway nearby.
The staff was very nice.
In the midst of construction, so lobby is a little torn up.
