They charged the tax after, the price listed in booking.com was before tax, so I got surprised..

Very disappointed with the service!!!, first of all, the person who greet me at the reception where not very friendly, after a minute looking for my reservation she explained that there was not any rooms available with two beds, she did not offer a proper solution just suggest a king, and she knew that we were four adults, the only thing she said was discuss it with your friends and let me know what you will do. After five minutes a went again to reception and Andrew very professional and kind found a room for us.(with all the people I get in contact with, he was the only one who I can say GREAT!!) Next day at the restaurant, the way he say good morning is "orange juice?" we had breakfast buffet included on the package, it did not specify if it was just for two people or the four of us, at this point I did not really matter to pay for two extra breakfast but the way everything was handled was unprofessional, disrespectful and without energy. I decided to check out and have breakfast somewhere else. It is a shame that the company I learned from how to be outstanding with a guest was providing a very poor service. I used to work for Marriot, and because I understand very well how it works I can say very disappointed. Last December in curacao with my family I was proud to say to my family I worked for Marriot before and we had an amazing time. Today I will consider other options in the future. Thank you!

clean, efficient, good service breakfast was supposed to come with accommodation but we were leaving just as the restaurant was opening at 6 am. Would suggest they offer vouchers for Starbucks which opens at 5 in these cases.

Location convenient to airport When I made my online reservation I specifically asked and clicked on a double bed room as I was traveling with my 2 children, which I also stated on the reservation. When arriving, I was told that there were only king beds available. My 15-year-old had to sleep in an uncomfortable roll-away bed, which a staff member brought in but did not bother to even offer to set up. He was very rude and just left the folded- up bed in the middle of the room. The hotel did not offer room service, even though there is a restaurant on site. The Airport Sheraton, which is on the same price scale, does. There was also no free internet in the rooms. I got free internet at the Airport Sheraton.NO Value for my money in this hotel at all!!!I Also, the airport shuttle, which was supposed to leave every 15 minutes starting at 5:am, was almost 10 minutes late. This was the first shuttle of the day, mind you, so there was no way they were running behind. This was a crappy hotel and I would not recommend anyone stay there, especially with all the other options available in the Miami Airport surrounding area.

A very comfortable and spacious room. A relatively easy check-in but only because we were at the front of a long queue Our room backed onto the elevator (lift) shaft which meant we had a lot of noise as people made their way to rooms both on our floor and elsewhere in the hotel. My advice to anyone staying would be to ask to be put at least two rooms from the lifts.

Everything, from the staff to the bed that was old and caused backache in me and my wife, every pillow were dirt. The reservation from booking.com was missed and they did want to charge three times the value of the reservation of booking.com, they tried to charge breakfast twice that was included on the room rate. The shower was so weak that water was dripping slowly. It's the second time that I stayed at this hotel on the first time I had been victim of racism from the lobby staff on the second one is described above.

Staff is racist, My Credit Card was locked by mistake by the bank, first I asked to call the bank, and the answer was no, than start the insults like these ones, "You are poor and you don't have means to stay here", Second "I don't know why people for third world countries come here", Third "If you don't know how to manage your finances you're suck." and finally I said, as advertize on the lobby I've free internet how can I use it to try to contact my bank, the answer was I don't talk with 3rd world people. I asked the manager at night and he only said I am sorry I can't do nothing, come on on a hotel where the lobby staff tells more than the manager. Just to clarify, I am british and brazilian, and my financial means is much better than the hole hotel staff together. I paid the stay in advance in currency, and the staff said you can only go upstairs when we check if the money is not fake. That is why I am going to ask my lawyer to solve this problem.

Very convenient to the airport and the shuttle bus arrived immediately as we left the terminal building, supplied with refreshing cold water. We wanted an overnight stay after arriving at Miami airport and we were pleased with this hotel. The hotel was extremely comfortable, with an honest choice of food in the evening. In fact we slept extremely well. Although we didn't have time to use the pool, it did look very inviting and was situated in a pleasant environment. We would certainly stay there again for an overnight stay.

We booked with yourselves on line but did not get what we booked and payed for, we got there and they did not have any vacant rooms with two king size beds in which was originally booked so we had to have put up beds which was all they could provide us with, so we payed for something that we did not get! This also applies to my partners brother who also booked the same type of room and had to suffer put you up beds as well.

It was a great location and the staff were very friendly. I didn't like that the facility didn't offer a continental breakfast like most Marriott Hotels and you had to pay for parking.

Really upset with this hotel. Bathroom were too small only one person fit in there. Beds were "full" side, my night there was really uncomfortable, and I am so glad it was only one night cuz i would affort sleeping there another night. I had to pay 15$ parking every night!! It is located right in front of the airport so imagine how loud it was... Sorry but the only nice thing of this hotel is the lobby :-(
