The restaurant and bar are very good - breakfast included with room is a great value.
Generally, everything was good and I would stay at the hotel again.
Location. Amazing view. Everything was in the room was tight and clean.
No safety deposit in the room.
Excellent rooms, family friendly great location
It's located between major highways, easy access. We liked cafe; everybody could get what they wanted. Starbucks coffee m!!
Paying for it.
Staff was good and accommodating. Location and views wonderful.
Some room furnishings seemed out of place or unneeded resulting in some clutter.
cafe - you could order your own breakfast pool & whirlpool were nice
Comfortable bed Not too far from San Francisco
Tried calling front desk multiple times and no one ever answered Paid parking each night in the hotel's private lot Wrong side of the toll if you're visiting San Francisco
Good location..just cross the street to Bay St shops and restaurants.
We loved the staff from the moment we first arrived at check-in. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and delivered quickly to us at our table. The outside patios were comfortable and pleasant. Great upscale mall across the street. Very convenient access to SF via AC transit.
I liked the people.
Comforter was dirty
Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the room attendants were excellent. They made you feel like they we're happy to see you and give you personalized service.
Nothing to note.
Bed and view
I asked for an early check in, to be next to the other people in my party and a bayview when I booked. On the day of reservation I was told early check in was not possible. Check in is 3:00. I tried checking in at 3:30 with one other person in my party. Asking for adjoining rooms. Staff gave her a room and then tried to give me a room on another floor. After much stress and reminding staff I reservered a bayview and adjoining room. I finally got a room down the hall at 5:00. The third person in my party was givin a room on another floor.I don't think it should be that hard to fulfill my reservation.
the location was near shopping and restaurants.
I felt nine dollars to park your car overnight was unreasonable and should have been free for guests.
Location, clean and quiet
At check in, we called ahead for early check in but room was not ready. We previously asked for rooms together. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. Staff was nice about it and offered us something to drink. My other party got a discount on their room, but I did not.
Way too expensive
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean, even the bedding had a fresh out of the dryer clean smell and feel.
There is really nothing negative to say about this stay.
There was a very loud screeching sound coming from a pipe every few hours all night long. We were at the end of the hall. Definitely facility problem. Reported it. Not good !!
Spent 3 nights here with my family. It's one of the few hotels offering 2 queen beds in a room, which is a must for my family. It's well located, 20 minutes to the city, 10 minutes to UC Berkeley, so it made our appointments easy to get to, even with a little traffic. The rooms are spacious and quiet, beds are very comfortable, and bathroom's are clean. The pool is only a lap pool 3 1/2 feet deep, but it still made for a nice diversion for my youngest. We will definitely be staying here again, but next time I think we might spend a little more and get a room with a view.
There are no mini fridges in the rooms, which would really be nice, as they are standard at most hotels. There were only 3 sets of towels (and 4 people booked into the room) so I had to call for another set which was brought up in a timely fashion.
Free parking, decent rooms, great staff, great beds, quiet rooms, good food in restaurant.
Expensive beers in restaurant.... It's not a ballpark or the Four Seasons.
Veronica at the front desk was great!!
Pool area was small and crowded
No open windows, no bathroom vent
They gave all of us rooms on the same floor and they had a nice lobby with a good breakfast area.
Elevators had to be serviced, so we had to use stairs on Mon. Morning.
