The breakfast was poor
No snow alcohol prices
Too much starch in sheets, they made too much noise.
Great location and feels brand new with beautiful views of the city!!
Location, location. Just far but close enough to Times Square, close to theaters, Carnegie, Radio City & Central Park.
The bed linens were very stiff & starchy. Felt like we were sleeping on paper.
Location and great view from the 30th fl
Staff on our fl didn't know where ice machine was and didn't try to find out just said she didn't know. I had to call front desk from hall phone
The city view during the night is fanscinating. We appreciate the adjustment the staff made for us.
We booked a king-size corner city view high floor room, with free breakfasts. However, the room that was given is very small, and the bed was actually only queen size. The floor is not that high as we expected. The breakfast was at first charged until we argued. Even though I appreciate the help from the stuff about the schedule adjustment, but actually we did not get what we should get for the much money we paid.In other words, we paid much more than its value. And actually the assistance was not done in a good patient...
The noise from the air conditioner.
The noise the bed sheets make. Sounds like papers rubbing together.
The lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The location between Central Park and Times Square was perfect. Parking attendants were great. Beautiful view of the city. The restaurant on the 4th floor is cozy.
A few problems with one elevator. Small room.
The views were amazing even on a low level, we were on level 8 in a corner suite. The room size was very good. T.V was very good. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk into time square and central park, lots of restaraunts and coffee shops around.
The lighting was a bit dark. The sheets were very crispy and not cosy. The food was a bit pricey.
Shower was comfortable Our small doggy was allowed in the restaurant
We arrived at the time of check-in, but they made us wait 1hr and a half to check-in because "they haven't clean the rooms yet" There is no room service in the hotel. Small choice in the hotel restaurant Room are tiny The atmosphere is not cosy in the hotel We wouldn't come back and wouldn't advice our friends this hotel
The room wasn't very spacious for 3 adults, and there wasn't much choice for breakfast.
Friendliest and Most Helpful Staff! Nothing is too much for them! Best Staff I have ever come across! Location is brilliant Breakfast and Bar are great! Room Views were unbelievable! Room was very spacious and had a beautiful bathroom. Glass windows for full view. Going to New York... Book here! You won't get better staff anywhere!
The style efficiency and comfort of the room. And the location was great
Nothing. Had a great experience
Very clean and comfortable.
Bar atmosphere lacking a little.
Convenient. Clean. No wait for elevators. Everything we needed.
The room and the position of the hotel
Poor breakfast offers. Breakfast selection needs definitely an improvement.
environmentally friendly; starbucks on level 4 nice; great shower.
room really tiny.
This hotel is new so still everything was clean and while the decor was very standard it was modern. The bed was very good and we slept well, the flatscreen was good and the elevators were fast. The location was also good when it comes to restaurants because there were nice coffee shops around the corner. We would rather stay somewhere more closer to Madison Ave. next time.
We were very disappointed with this hotel since they say they are a 4 star hotel. The pictures bluff a bit, the lobby and the area on the 4th floor are very cold and sterile, like an empty hall. The room was very small and only one at a time could walk past the bed and the seating area. We thought we were getting a king room with a city view but the window was small so we could have skipped the view. In the room there were no robes, slippers or anything extra. Once they even forgot to clean our room. The whole atmosphere was cold, it reminded us of a fast food restaurant in the form of a hotel. Nothing was personal and nothing was done to make the stay a bit extra nice. We have travelled the world and compared to other 4 star hotels this is a 3 star hotel at its best. Not worth the money at all.
Loved the modern updated decor and the location was pretty good
The room was tiny. We couldn't fit all 4 of our suitcases so that we could open them. We had to put one under the desk, one in the closet and other two on floor. We had to drag them out every time we needed something from them. No drawer space and tiny closet/wardrobe. Not a good room for a family. Ok for 1 person.
The room was impeccably clean, service was excellant. location was great!
Room size- a little small however not congested, I wanted a better view this did not lessen the beauty of the room
Staff is very helpful, the hotel is clean and the facilities are good. The location is excellent and the rooms are not noisy.
Although the cost of breakfast was included, we have found the cost of breakfast in the bill. Fortunately, the person on the reception has sorted this quickly. Another inconvenience was caused by Eric, the bellboy, who suggested taxi driver in front to be used. He claimed that the cost to the JFK airport will cost USD 65 and that the taxi driver will provide us with the bill. It turned up that the drive to the airport will cost USD 85 and that the taxi driver does not have any sort of receipts available. He has suggested sending an E mail with the receipt stating that it is a usual practice with the hotel. However, he has sent us an empty e mail without any content and we have had to negotiate hard the cost hotel bellboy has suggetsed. Such behaviour casts shaddow to behaviour of other staff, that was on the highest level.
