I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was great and the service was amazing.
Location, quick check in/out procedures, quick response to queries, cleanness.
Replacing room without prior notice nor permission, awaful breakfast, no bellman
The location. The staff. The hotel's style. Everything.
The staff was very helpful in terms of directions, waving down taxis, etc. Any question I asked was answered efficiently.
My bathroom had a weird stain on the wall that looked like it could've easily been cleaned.
Excellent! Nice and clean room. Not noisy. Very Close to Time Square
Excellent location in broadway. Good view from the hotel room.
No complimentary water, entrance and lobby undergoing maintainance
Only one person can use wi-fi in the room at a time, should be more accessible. Also, sheets were very loud.
The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
The sheets on bed were scratchy and sounded like plastic. The bed was nice but sheets were not. Also the sales person at food counter on Sunday morning was very rude.
Near Broadway, Central Park, Amazing view of New York in my room, Starbucks in the Hotel.
great place to stay , friendly staff ,
housekeeping woke me up 3 times at 8 AM in 3 days .... wifi is very very bad
Location was great - close to everything (Times Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park, MoMa, etc). The rooms, while small, is substantial compared to the shoe boxes that are typical of NYC hotels.
Elevator was slow, took us awhile to go up and down. Rooms were not as clean as I would have liked - wouldn't even dare go near the coffee machine inside the room.
Loved the bed, the shower, the view from my room and the perfectly working free wifi! Hotel is very well located.
Location and comfort.
Did not realise that they did not do room service.
The room is modern, clean and the location is great. The view from the higher floors is terrific. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Location was superb, close to To,e's Square and Columbus Circle
Room was pretty small; but then again- you don't need a large room when you're put and about in NYC all day.
Just a 5 min walk to Times Square and Central Park. Nice view from the room.
some of the staff at the desk was not that friendly. The window would not close in our room and it was very cold. we had to call staff to come and fix it. It could be a little noisy in the night, on the 19th floor.
The view from our room (King room on a corner w/landmark views, on a high floor) was breathtaking! We got the 25th floor and with windows all around the room it felt like floating in the skyscrapers. At night I just wanted to look out the window and not even sleep - although the bed was really comfortable. The room was small, but it didn't matter at all. And the shower with thermometer was awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful.
The lobby has no comfort. Instead there's a lounge on the 4th floor, but it's more of a cyber cafe that happens to have a bar. Luckily, we didn't want to leave the room anyway. It would be nice if the bathroom had some ventilation (or at least a door that really closed instead of a large pocket door that kinda swung open at the bottom) and if there are 2 people there should be 2 sets of those tiny bottles of shampoo, etc. Plenty of coffee but no milk. But these are tiny issues and our overall experience was great.
The staff were very helpful
We had a great time, very comfortable rooms, excellent location. I would repeat the experience!
The fouth floor never clear
Comfortable beds, excellent location
Front desk was efficient and very courteous and made my severely delayed travel a little bit more tolerable. The cafe staff were great.
The sheets are a bit rough and there should be an extra blanket provided. There was a fleece one in the closet but it was well worn and not appealing. Bring your own slippers!
Our TV didn't work and we had a problem with the knob on the shower. We mentioned the problems at the front desk (they did try to repair the TV, but we were told they needed to get a new one) and they gave us free parking. The parking usually cost $49 plus taxes, so this was a good solution for us.
Front lobby isn't well appointed. Also, we thought a light continental breakfast should be included.
Good beds, good shower, neat room
Please, add more sitting area at the lobby!
