Nice, clean hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Spacious nice rooms.

In room coffee maker was broken, hotel pool floor very slippery, pay 19 bucks per night just to park.

"bistro" in lobby not staffed or organized well - long lines in morning to get just coffee - folks ordering food with complicated orders in same line with folks just wanting coffee.

Location...walking distance to most areas, I.e., NATO Parade, Virginia International Tattoo, MacArthur Museum, MacArthur Center (shopping), waterfront, Theater, restaurants...

The most important thing was you accepted my police service dog. Very close to Scope arena where we were attending the Virginia International Tattoo. Good value for a downtown city hotel.

The staff, they were very friendly and helpful in every way. The convenience of the bistro grill is great.

The rooms on the tram side. a little to noisey. Over all good stay.

Excellent service; especially from the person who checked me in Wednesday evening of September 12, 2012 (do not know her name). She even printed out my Delta flight boarding pass for the following day which relieved me of the anxiety of having to do so when I had to focus on what I had to do the following day.

The room was clean.

-I did not like... the $20.00 valet service to park my car a couple of steps away from where I was standing. -I did not like... the first room offered was on the 5th floor where they were doing construction and we went back for another room and the front desk stated "Oh I forgot". - I did not like... that after I stated do not charge both nights to my card and they agreed that both nights were charged anyway and at that point we stayed one night instead of two and found another hotel.

The staff was very helpfull and friendly. They went out of there way for us.

No continental breakfast. Coffee was very expensive at the bistro in the hotel.

At 1:00 am was awoken by a group of women screaming violently at each other, it lasted for about 15 minutes, other visitors were coming out of their rooms telling the women to be quiet. It was scary and quite disconcerting to have this take place in such a nice motel. Should be more security to keep this type of thing from happening.

We booked a room for wth sofabed but there were no shhets and blankets. We had to ask fo it. Location is in cold neigbourhood and so is hotel. Valetparking was a bit messy. All together expensive for what it is.
