Clean, Modern, Convenient location, Friendly staff, Easy Freeway access.
Poor lighting in room
We were put in a handicapped room. Not much shelf space in bathroom for toiletries.
Lovely room with wifi
You will need to dine out as they don't have a restaurant.
I like that you when you walked in the furniture was nice the bar area was clean and they had TVs in the lounge
At about 9:39 we turned off the lights to get ready to go to bed and fell asleep at about 1:45 in the morning we were woken up by the hotel phone ringing after answering the staff member on the other end of the line said they received a noise complaint and the woman screaming and asked if we would keep it down! I stated that we were asleep that we did not hear anyone screaming, the phone woke us... The staff member said another guest called and said it was coming from your room..she said "are you sure you weren't being too loud the guest that made the complaint thought it was coming from your room "I said we were both asleep you have now just woken us up from that sleep and I still don't hear anyone screaming.. Rather than calling and waking a guest and accusing them of something someone from the staff should've come upstairs and stood outside the door and saw that there were no lights on and everyone inside was nice and quiet. There was not a room on the left side to us we were next to the elevator the people on the right side of us had kids. Being woken up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep because were trying to listen for someone screaming is very frustrating. We were offered no apology. Feel like the staff at this hotel could have handled the situation better and treated us with more respect.
The pool was shut down most of the second day of our trip due to someone breaking glass in it.
Very quite, safe place.
We booked this hotel as an overnight stop on the way to Palm Springs. It was ideally situated next to the I10. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We paid for breakfast the next morning which was good quality and value for money.
The hotel was being refurbished and much of the public areas were core ended off.
Staff was very friendly, accommodations were terrific, definitely best value around and we will return. Two big thumbs up, thank you marriot. Good job all around.
Pool towels were too small and not readily available.
Location, staff was very nice
High cost for room and no free breakfast.
For the most part the staff was friendly. The Hotel offered complimentary to it's guest. One morning after arriving at the hotel late the night before, from visiting the Grand Canyon I went downstairs to get a cup of coffee. At a little before nine a.m. the pot was empty along with the pot with hot water for tea. I went back upstairs without my coffee. My wife went down a few minutes later and asked a young lady why there was no coffee at 9. The young lady replied, "well, I guess i could make another pot." If a business tell's it customer's one thing and does another, wouldn't you say this is bad business. I'm sure there many others who was disappointed that there was no coffee, someone fell down on their job. The carpets throughout the hotel are really dirty. In the elevators they are so bad it stinks.
They did not have the room I reserved and tried to give me a room with one bed. This was a 30 min hastle late at night when we just wanted sleep. I did call to let them know we would be a late check in
