friendly, clean, new, and in great location downtown
the parking was not convenient but their was valet parking
I liked that the room was stylish and up-to-date.
We were there for our wedding night. They were not very helpful in resolving the fact they did not have our reservations through booking.com. It took me calling them to get the breakfast we were supposed to and a room of equivalence. Although the room was right beside the elevator so at 5:30 am all we heard were cleaned trays of glasses clanking over and over going into the elevator and our "hot complementary breakfast" was coffee and French toast from Starbucks. Nice, but not what we were expecting from the picture on their website. Location was horrible. Had to park across the street and pay $5.00 in a parking deck or pay $15.00 a day for valet parking.. like the rooms weren't enough??
The hotel is new and clean. Nicely located within walking distance from river front, shopping and restaurants.
Initially was unsure how safe the area was for tourists and our parked car but valet was helpful and reassuring. The street in front of hotel had a lot of early morning truck traffic which was disruptive.
Great location and very nice. Rooms were clean and loved that it had a bar area
The pool was closed the entire length of stay and that was one of the primary reasons of picking the hotel.
I believe the lady (Olga) that checked us in that afternoon was excellent. Anytime I needed a question answered or just to talk, she was friendly and was pleased to take care of our needs.
Room was nice, had mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great, very close to river walk, market street & historic district- could walk everywhere.
Having to pay for parking daily on top of room fee, just in poor taste.
friendly staff, great rooms, easy parking.
breakfast for four came out in three parts and some was cold.
Location, location, location
Friendly staff .... Walking distance to many bars & restaurants.
New hotel in a great location near the river, restaurants, shops, etc. It's not ON the river, but it's newer and nicer than the Hilton at a cheaper price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There's not much space to park and unload your car out front. The parking deck is right around the corner, but you pay to park - $15 for valet or $8 for self-parking. Pool is pretty small, but you're probably not downtown if you're looking for a great hotel pool.
Hotel is in a very good location, eating, shopping, touring is walking distance. Hotel very clean and comfy.
I reserved a king bed, when I arrived I recieved double queen beds and was told no king bed wad available.
Wonderful bed, clean room, downstairs breakfast/coffee and bistro were wonderful!
Out of order pool and courtyard in the middle of summer... That is just poor business.
Location was excellent for downtown wilmington, just a few minutes walk from the riverwalk, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
Pool was closed with no reason given or estimated time of reopening, shame as it looks lovely. No safes in room.
Staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. Both my wife and I remarked on this! Great job!
Great front desk staff Awesome bath and shower
my name was wrong when we got there which took 15 mins to get corrected but the staff did a great handling the issue. today I see a pending charge the problem is with my billing they're trying to charge me for two days on my card when we only stay one and my reservations were for one day and because its pending I have sit and wait to see how this is going to affect my bank account.
We liked the location in proximity to downtown and availability to walk around.
I loved the location, the valet parking, the colors/decor in the room/lobby/hall by elevator and the bed. I thought it was cool that the room had an iHome that I could plus my iPhone into to use for music and an alarm.
I didn't like that we reserved and paid for a room with king size bed with sofa bed and got a handicap room without the sofa bed. We did not have a shower curtain when I got to the room. I would've preferred a non-handicap room with a full shower rather than the roll in shower. I called down to inquire as to why we received a handicap room without the sofa bed and was unable to get a good answer. However, I did enjoy our stay and the room was beautiful. I also would've liked breakfast provided at the price we paid for the room.
