    I liked the food service and the staff there. Fun and friendly.

    Not a big negative. I am used to Courtyard food facilities having a more full service menu.

    The bed and room were fine.

    The available food was expensive and of poor quality. The internet was cumbersome and gave mtg accounts security issues. It took me alot of effort and time to log on.

    Modern, clean, staff, location and timely service.

    Refrigerator in the room was a problem. Everytime it kicked on, it would make a horrible noise. Once I mentioned it to the front desk, it was fixed.

    Front Desk staff were excellent and room was nice

    Breakfast Could not bring both orders at the same time.I had completely finished my order before Geris arrived with cold potatos.The dining room was less than a quarter full,advise to eat somewhere else.POOR

    The front desk woman that checked us in was efficient. And friendly, lobby atmosphere great, everything such as computer access excellent would stay again

    Courtyard by Marriot is always cozy and make everything easy for family travels. The staffs in FFL courtyard is among the most patient, friendly and helpful. Excellent choice.

    Friendly employees.

    Lack of resources. Never had enough towels, washcloth, etc. Only 2 in a room when the rooms holds max of 4 people.

    It was very clean and the staff was courteous.

    Although the beds were comfortable I would have preferred comforters on the beds as opposed to bed spreads. Also complimentary water would have been nice.

    Guarantee of 100% Satisfaction for the first night. Free shuttle to Airport and Dolphin Mall. Proximity to food.

    Cuban nighclub across the street that played loud music till 5am in the morning.

    Loved the staff's willingness to help. Was there for a 40th reunion and the staff provided directions and map of how to get there, along with shortcuts. Will be back in Feb with friends for a cruise.

    Although the hotel had quite a few guest during our stay, the place was extremely quiet. On check-in we were offered a choice of choosing whether we wanted to stay on a lower or upper level room.

    The staff, particularly Marjorie and Joe who were extremely friendly. I loved the complimentary shuttle since the hotel was far from restaurants and shopping. The conveniences of refrigerator,microwave and coffee machine were useful as well as the PCs in the lobby and the Gym. The Gazebo and landscaping by the pool was beautiful.

    Generally the cleanliness was good, however, a couple dead cockroaches were found in the room, one in the bed which was very scary. Though Management apologized, the staff need to pay much more attention to sheet inspection in guest rooms. Also, a complimentary breakfast should be offered since the prices of food and snacks are very expensive.

    I did not like the reception I received when I checked in. The reception on shift that night did not welcome me and my wife. First he sent us to an occupied room and when we came back to the front desk he was no where to be found. We waited for a good half hour before he returned , and he was nono appologitlic.
