Great location Excellent staff
Great spot across from the Capital Grille just a few steps from Michigan Ave. Clean with friendly staff we will go back.
The employees were very welcoming. also staff was very helpful during our stay
That i had to go back home and not extend my visit in such a beautiful city
Unbeatable location Free fast WiFi Nice rooms and public areas Lovely, helpful staff Starbucks (if you like that) Plenty of local information and maps in the lobby Great views all around Round the corner form Michigan Ave.
Noisy air conditioning. The pool: nice idea, but too small to swim in, and no changing rooms.
Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodations were quite nice.
Pillows were too soft.
wonderful location, comfortable beds, clean
parking was expensive
I loved the location. We were literally walking distance or a short cab ride away from several attractions. Additionally, there was a 24 hr Duncan Donuts/Baskin Robins immediately out the lobby door.
The pool was small and hadn't been skimmed and the fitness center equipment needs to be .
Public parking is attached to the hotel, the magnificent mile is just around the corner, Navy Pier is near by, and the L is a short walk away. And there's a Starbucks inside. Bonus!
Really close to everything in the city, helpful staff etc.
Breakfast might seems to be quite expensive and also parking fees are high. Anyway this is more about city, not problem of hotel.
locations, comfortable beds
stained carpet in my room and slow service when there was a leak in my bathroom!
The location is great for shopping, eating and sightseeing! We didn't have to walk far for anything. The hotel is immaculate and the staff very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay here again!
One very minor niggle being English, there was no tea available in the room only coffee. But certainly didn't ruin our stay.
the staff was very nice and there were no serious negatives. Room was adequate for 1 person (we always get 2 rooms so there's the 2nd bathroom/shower) but nothing special.
I would actually recommend the Ivy just down the street if available (they were full this time due to the lollapolusa music festival which I had not realized was in town when we booked the trip). If the Ivy isn't available then the Courtward is an acceptable backup. there was nothing that was out of the ordinary, special, above and beyond, etc... your basic hotel stay. Parking was close but even though connected ot the hotel is not part of the hotel. I prefer to be able to pay for my parking along with my room, makes everything much easier. Also, no valet when I arrived (there should have been as it was not that late (7pm) so I had to make my own parking arrangements in downtown chicago.
excellent accommodation, clean and spacious. staff very helpful and courteous
car park expensive but can only be expected
The rooms were not ready by the check in time of 3. We were unable to get into our rooms until 5:30.
The room was clean & very comfortable. Location was great! Within walking distance of everything .
Couple of stains on carpet in room.
Not enough coffee or creamers for entire party of 4. Had to ask for more towels and coffee and soaps and then they left 3 decaf an don't only 1 regular. Should have enough for 4 people especially since that was what we registered as.
the location was great!!! staff was wonderful!! very nice room!!
Location. Convenient. Clean. Spacious room.
Breakfast was not included.
We checked in then went to get lunch, came back-door wide open. They were changing locks but did not tell us when we checked in. I complained at the desk she gave me $25 towards breakfast at restaurant but said I should have read the sign in the lobby. No, we should have been told.
Loved location u were in walking distance of everything
Didnt like that there was no hot tub unless there was n i couldnt find it
Staff was friendly and the facilities was clean. Very near to the Navy Pier and the shopping district.
Paying $49 per night for parking.
The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything and we were able to walk everywhere - Michigan Ave., the Loop and Millennial Park, the Lake and Pier. Very safe location. The room was very comfortable and roomy enough for me and two older children. The staff was very accommodating.
Location, willing and helpful staff.
Tiny bath. Entire facility needs renovation/updating as it is showing its age.
The staff were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The hotel is in a great location to spend time downtown Chicago. Our room was clean and comfortable.
