everything , staff is very helpful. The location is wonderful
The bartender wasn't very friendly or eagerly willing to take drink orders. On Saturday night, the bar was full and he proceeded to turn up the lights and inform everyone that the bar was closing. It was 10:00 on a Saturday night! The bar was full of people! You could tell he wasn't into his job and just wanted to get out of there. Very poor service. The photos and video of the hotel make it look way better than it is in person. I was expecting a separate room where the sofa sleeper would be but it was all in the same room. The sleeper is very small and only sleeps one person. The location is great if you don't mind sacrificing a little luxury. Wouldn't pick this hotel again.
Location and price. Overall satisfied.
Again, the pool was an extreme disappointment. Nothing like the pics and the pool temperature was too cool to enjoy
Close to everything.
Elevators were slow between 9 - 11 a.m. Parking garage close but rates quoted at hotel are not what we were charged at public parking.
The workers are nice and the location is excellent.
This hotel doesn't have a private parking lot. And there are trashes and hair on bed when we get in the room!
The staff at this location is extremely welcoming and friendly. Rooms were super clean and comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff!
Pool closed by 10 pm.
NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGARATOR FOR PRICE SHOULD BE ON IN ROOM
Location was perfect to everything we wanted to do
$13 for a cocktail In the bar was a bit excessive
Location above all
My stay was very good. No complaints.
staff was very attentive and friendly
The hotel was just 1 block off Michigan, close to all shopping and eating, and maybe the best part is the parking garage is attached for easy access. Queen beds are hard to find but make a huge difference when putting 2 in a bed.
The staff was excellent. Very comfortable beds!
Just would like better lighting in the bathroom
pool was not functional ,bartender was aloof and didnt really care about the three people at his bar , probably the reason he was not busier ??Dude down the hall talking very loudly on the cell phone in the hall so he would not wake up his wife ??
Very nice hotel. We would stay there again. Staff very friendly and most helpful.
Parking was expensive but it is anywhere in Chicago.
restaurant was mediocre. everything else was excellent.
Great location on the less chaotic side of Michigan Ave.
West Egg Café for breakfast two blocks away, Garrett Popcorn shop one building down, Great doorman, very friendly front desk staff comfortable bed, a few blocks from Michigan Avenue This is the place to stay if your catching a train at Union station or for any reason. Me and my wife will be back !!
Almost everything Just 1 minute walk to the Michigan ave, perfect!
No bath robes and no flip flops. In this category I excpect that, if the hotel has a pool
Location & accessibility to attractions.
The bed and the pillow comfort was exceptional! The doorman was very friendly and helpful.
The room decor was lacking a "wow factor" and the view from room 1907 was not scenic, but everything was very clean.
What we enjoyed was the friendliness of the staff, the comfort and safety of the rooms, and the close proximity to attractions. I brought my grandchildren to share their birthday and a staff member ordered birthday cupcakes to the room. This was a delightful surprise.
There was nothing to not like!
close to all the stores and eateries
