No hottub. No breakfast
Great location. Close to everything
I didn't like the fact there was no continental breakfast. I had to pay the normal price even though I was the only adult with two kids and that three of the four times I went to the pool the towels were gone.
I liked the friendly employees.
The only thing we didn't like is the fact that we had to pay for parking. If were staying at your hotel, you would think that parking was free.
We loved this hotel. Great location, great staff and great rooms.
The location was excellent for a lot of the places we wanted to go, others were a short to medium walk away. The pool could have been a little bigger, it got so crowded we didn't stay in the pool area.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Starbucks in the lobby was convenient too. Try Gino' s East for some good pizza and West egg Cafe for breakfast. Both in walking distance!
Tile in bathroom breaking up... Needs some updating.
Convenience to fun activities and friendly personel!
I think Marriott tends to overprice their rooms. The room was small, but at least very clean.
Paul who worked the desk is the one who made our stay so good. He helped us continuously and made our stay very good. Marriott is very lucky to have him as an employee there.
Pool much smaller than the picture from the add. One coffee bag in room was already open. Water bottle in room wasn't complimentary.
Bath tub was not flowing Has to take shower in stagnant water
Band was there using elevators and we had to take stairs!
We were travelling as a family, perhaps that's why we were given a window onto the pool. That would have been good, but the high school kids who came were (naturally) a bit noisier than we wanted....and besides our daughter didn't feel comfortable going to the pool with a bunch of high schoolers playing ball. Elevators are a bit too slow!!
Very friendly, pretty nice place!
At the time we were there they were having issues with the elevators. Walking down 14 flights was no fun
GREAT LOCATION, GREAT SHOWERS
Only two elevators were working! Long wait to take lift to room or down to lobby - lift always packed and often waited for two or three!
The beds were so comfy! Nice quiet hotel for central Chicago!
Beds didn't have blankets just a light weight comforter thing (had to request an additional covering for each bed, each night). The elevators weren't working most of the weekend, and the hotel seemed full, so we waited and waited and waited to get to and from our room.
Staff was friendly, room was spacious, plenty of towels and hot water. Pool was tiny, but fine for our 10 year old to swim in each day. Work out room was nice.
everything , staff is very helpful. The location is wonderful
The bartender wasn't very friendly or eagerly willing to take drink orders. On Saturday night, the bar was full and he proceeded to turn up the lights and inform everyone that the bar was closing. It was 10:00 on a Saturday night! The bar was full of people! You could tell he wasn't into his job and just wanted to get out of there. Very poor service. The photos and video of the hotel make it look way better than it is in person. I was expecting a separate room where the sofa sleeper would be but it was all in the same room. The sleeper is very small and only sleeps one person. The location is great if you don't mind sacrificing a little luxury. Wouldn't pick this hotel again.
Again, the pool was an extreme disappointment. Nothing like the pics and the pool temperature was too cool to enjoy
Location and price. Overall satisfied.
Elevators were slow between 9 - 11 a.m. Parking garage close but rates quoted at hotel are not what we were charged at public parking.
Close to everything.
This hotel doesn't have a private parking lot. And there are trashes and hair on bed when we get in the room!
The workers are nice and the location is excellent.
The staff at this location is extremely welcoming and friendly. Rooms were super clean and comfortable.
Pool closed by 10 pm.
Very friendly and helpful staff!
NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGARATOR FOR PRICE SHOULD BE ON IN ROOM
$13 for a cocktail In the bar was a bit excessive
Location was perfect to everything we wanted to do
My stay was very good. No complaints.
Location above all
