The hotel was fantastic. Not only were the rooms cozy and clean, the staff was so helpful and kind. I would recommend this to anyone going to Chicago!
From what I saw there was nothing to change.
Location was good Price was fare Market place (in hotel store) selection was diverse Room was comfortable and clean
Mostly ok. As a Gold member I was surprised at the lack of privileges but it wasn't a show stopper.
Good location, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Maid service. On Saturday, maid knocked at 8am, 10am, 10:15am, 10:30am, and 10:40 am. At one point she asked when I would be leaving. I told her to give me some more time and within 10 minutes she was back at the door (and I was in the restroom). When I came out she was standing in the hallway waiting for me to leave. Checkout is noon, and I felt as if I was being forced out of the hotel, and harassed by the maid.
Location, check in and gentleman at the front lobby outsided
No clean towels on the last night, cups not replenished the 3rd night
Ronnie provided excellent customer service
The staff was very helpful and so kind. The location could not have been better.
Street noise. But it is expected in a big city. No fault of the hotel.
Loved everything about the hotel the doorman / bellboy was extremely helpful he was like a tourist guide showed us everything was in hotel and gave us loads of helpful tips to local attractions transport shopping :) we ate at the hotels Italian restaurant twice food and service was absolutely amazing would definitely return to this hotel if i was ever in Chicago again
I liked the convenience. Close to everything. Valet service
There is a fire department a couple blocks from hotel and I heard it all freaking night. Traffic entering and leaving hotel was horrible. For the amount we was charged was ridiculous. Pleaee stay at one of the hotels by airport. Half the price. My only regret
constant sirens at all hours
Excellent staff took very good care of us!! Our room was clean and very comfortable. We traveled with our bikes and someone always came right away to either put them into storage or take them out for us. Great place to stay!!
I would say that I'd like to see the water in the pool warmer. It was to cold for, although it was clean and inviting It was just to cold. Also on a bigger not, there should be an hour at the pool for adults only. Say from 10pm to 11pm no children under the age of 16. We went to the hot tub at 10pm and the were three small children with there parents in there until 10:50pm. One of the kids was about 6 months old. Red hot from the hot tub and clearly very tired. It just would have been nice to be in there at the hour without children. We have been to other hotels where they have this rule. Just a thought.
We loved the location and the staff.
We got a great price on booking.com but the regular price would have been way too much for the quality of the hotel. The lobby area was nice but the rooms were in need of updating.
Size of room.
Location was terrific and the restaurant was convenient, accommodating with excellent food.
the noise from the bars
We enjoyed everything
parking on a piece of cement was the cost of another hotel room--57 dollars per day. this is absolutely ridiculous.
I appreciate the staff member, Igor Alfonzo, who actually took the time to make things right for us. He was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and updated. Pool/Jacuzzi on the 6th floor! This location is wonderful! Everything is 0 to 1 mile away from the hotel making it easy to walk everywhere.
Upon a late check-in (at 3:30 pm after being stuck behind an accident that involved a care flight), the staff member who was working was a bit rude. He kept saying how he was going to "help us out" and "I'm going to do this for you" but we ended up in rooms that we did not book. I am traveling with an NCAA DIII team and the ladies had to fit (4) girls in a room with a king size bed because the employee said that's what he had to do since we were late. No free breakfast :(
Parking very expensive
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great and the beds were comfortable. Nice size rooms for a city hotel. We enjoyed the pool area as well.
Very noisy location. The sounds from outside woke us up multiple times through the night. Could use better insulation for sound proofing.
Best value for money, excelent location!
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel staff was amazing - they were friendly, helpful and gave great suggestions for places to eat and sites to see.
1) It's close to the river 2) price not too high considering the location 3) very comfortable
