This hotel is located less than 15 minutes’ walk from the Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers Ball Park. It offers an interconnected indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness centre. It was close to the baseball stadium and they also provided transportation there if desired. The room was spacious. There was no refrigerator or microwave available in the rooms. The air conditioning didn't work which caused for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The smoke detector light was on a constant blink and was right above the bed which also didn't help us have a good nights sleep.

This Hotel was very clean and the rooms where plenty comfortable. Its biggest asset is location to The Ballpark and Jerry Jones Stadium. You will pay for that convienence. The ammenenties, for the price you pay, are extremely limited. It does have many Restaurants nearby though. It only has one elevator located in the far back of the Hotel, however It is only has two floors. I would only reccomend this Hotel if you are going to attend a sporting event at either of the Ball Parks and you are willing to pay for location, Otherwise this Hotel is priced way to high! The fact that the price was too high and the price the night of the event we attended at Jerry Jones Stadium was raised and extra $100.00 per night. I knew that going in and agreed to it for the convieniounce of the location, and realize that is standard priactice for all Hotels that can screw people they will, but I don't have to like it!

Quite location! Close and easy access to Dallas Cowboy Stadium. No refrigerator, no microwave and repairs to shower was poor and some what sloppy in room 182

Can walk to Ranger's Ballpark. Easy to other locations in the area while staying for games. Would love straight tolley ride from Courtyard to Rangers/Cowboys games. Love the ability to park outside the door of the room to load & unload. Stay here once/twice a year and it is easy to come back.

location The "price gouging" of well over 100% mark-up for a game day price versus a regular stay price. $139 Saturday and $279 Sunday/game day. Booking.com indicated that each room had a microwave and they didn't, the "thread bare" towels, etc. The advertised price was $200 a day and I thought we were getting a $200 a day amenities/hotel and this wasn't. When you saw a cleaning cart in the hallway, they were stacked with towels/linens and you couldn't tell if it was clean linen or dirty. If both were on the cart, that's unsanitary. Proximity was great if all you wanted to have was a place to lay your head for a "one nighter" if you aren't interested in amenities.
