room was comfy staff was excellent
had to leave
Stayed two nites and a very great price compared to the other nicer hotels. Very close to everything we were going to. Very surprised at how nice the hotel was along with price compared to others
Not enough towels
The bed was so comfortable, room very clean and staff very helpful!
Could not find check-out time anywhere, but was not a problem, I was just curious.
I loved the comfy bed and pillows!
It had a nice comfortable king size bed and everything was clean. The location was adjacent to the freeway which was nice. I would recommend it to anyway and will be visiting again soon.
There was nothing that was wrong, they could use a few more items in the workout facility. A nice all in one weight bench would have been great but I can't complain about what was there.
The breakfast was nice and the room was clean.
The hallways were hot and it was hard to regulate the room temperature. We had several family members in several rooms and we had extreme trouble with the door keys. My sister in her husband were locked out of their room and even the attendant barely got the door to open. their clothes were locked in the room and they were trying to get ready for a wedding reception. The room I was in with my family also had difficulty with the door key. My husband noticed the door jam was coming apart. We put a piece of paper so the door wouldn;t shut all the way so the kids could go in and out.
Clean, secure, friendly, professional facility and staff.
The Bistro had only one staff so service was slow. Can't fault staff, she worked hard and smart but was just overwhelmed.
The room was very comfortable and the staff was extremely Coutts uterus.
The pillows were not very comfortable.
This is my second visit to the location. I have been extremely satisfied and can not say enough about the staff. Marlon checked me in at the front desk. He was very professional and competent but more importantly, engaging and personable. I appreciate feeling like a valued customer and he went out of his way to do just that. Throughout my stay, I would see him and he remembered who I was. He would always ask me how my stay was and if there was anything he could do for me. Marlon is an asset to the hotel and I will come back in the future because of this young man. Zack at The Bistro also made for an enjoyable stay. If the management read these reviews, I hope they would just let those gentlemen know that they did not go unnoticed. Well done to all.
There is not anything I can think of, however minute, to reflect negatively on my stay.
It was updated and clean
There not a lot of parking spots
It was a short stay across town for a party so we wouldn't have to drive home. Room was modern, clean, and very nice...I was pleasantly surprised. Beds were VERY comfortable; I almost stayed another night just to lay around and watch the Super Bowl. Paid a little extra for the breakfast voucher... Breakfast was huge portions of delicious, restaurant quality food. Also had a Starbucks, but it was closed. This will definitely be my "go-to" hotel when I need a place in Plano, OR when friends or family need a recommendation.
We arrived around 11pm on Valentines Day and the person at the desk was very polite and helpful. Because we arrived so late,we were left with a handicapped/hearing impaired room "143" the number for love. It didn't bother my husband and I. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was super soft and comfy. We had to get up really early the next morning for a comference, but I didn't wanna get up because the bed was so comfy. Breakfast at the bistro was cool. The potatoes were really good and they remade my egg without complaint. I definitely will stay here again
The shower was too narrow
