The staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable

Staff was really great. The little cafe they have had great food. A little expensive for what it is, but very yummy.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable for me. unfortunately, we stayed the same time a hockey team was there, so it was a little noisy. Lots of kids. Almost slipped in the elevator due several to wet footprints from the pool.

They changed our room when my lock did not work. They were very kind and helpful. We were there as our beautiful daughter died suddenly and we were all shocked and saddened. Your staff was understanding and helpful. Thank you for being there for us in our hour of pain and tears.

The reason for our visit. Burying our daughter is the hardest thing I have ever done.

Ice machine was upstairs and as far away from our room as it could be.

We liked everything about our stay. When I walked in Kelly was at the desk and super friendly, professional and check in was a breeze. It is super clean, beds super comfortable, a Starbucks right there in the lobby! The location is perfect. I would guess this location is perfect for no matter what your reason is to be in Fort Collins. We will be back and would highly recommend Courtyard Fort Collins to everyone. And, the day we checked out Chris was on duty and he also was friendly, professional and so easy to talk with.

There is nothing that we didn't like. An absolutely perfect place to stay.

Totally remodeled and very modern design. Comfort of the room, bed, and temperture. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast items rather pricey! Bathroom amenities i.e., soap, shampoo, etc. severly lacking. Single cup coffee maker with only one regular and one decaf. cups available in a double, king size room! No, a guest should not have to call the front desk to ask for more coffee. It should be supplied...

The second day my key did not work when I wanted to enter the building or my room. Some one in the hall let me in the outside door. My husband was in the room to let me in. Do these keys work up to the time of checkout. They did not do that for me. Other than that the stay was great. The room was clean and nice. Thank you. Linda Briggs

The rooms were newly renovated and were super clean! The beds were very comfortable and after a long day of travelling were just what we needed!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

Quiet clean

The rug was wet and I was told that this was usual to clean the carpet everyday. If this is true you are going to have mold problems. Also I am sensitive to VOCs and you were installing carpet and I had some allergy increase due to the glue in the halls. I did not know you were under construction and the gym was closed etc. .

Good location to town and restaurants.

They were remodeling during my stay and it was noisy. The desk agent said it would be done by 7 pm but I would have rather have been in a room on the other end of the hotel.

Room was across from employee lounge/laundry so heavy traffic/door activity. Not very restfull.

couldn't turn air conditioner down below 65 degrees. Both my friend and I like temps in low 60s to sleep well.
