Loved everything about my stay here. Will be staying here again for sure.
It was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and eager to meet our needs. My friend loved the fact that they had ESPN, ESPNU, and HBO channels which made the stay even greater. I will make this a every couple of months get away!!!
Everything was great the staff was very friendly and helpful.
They didn't remove soiled towels from the room
I really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff.
The location of the hotel was perfect,it was around shoping and good food.
We really enjoyed our stay our room was very clean lots of space to spread out my husband really enjoyed the gym also my family enjoyed the pool.
Disappointed that the pool was so small for the size of the hotel there were so many guests that it became full quickly.
Everything but price
Enjoyed our stay! Nice staff. Great room!
Closed the pool for an unnesserary issue. Had to get out eArly and couldn't go back till next day. So we lost a day of swimming, so said that someone threw up in it. But we were there for over two hours prior and didn't see such thing. Your staff should have evaluated the situation, realized there was no mess and it obviously happened at a different time, or didn't happen, and allowed my children to continue swimming along with the others.
Friendly staff an beautiful property .
Cost of food an beverages were a over priced.
The location was pretty good and the rooms looked nice enough at first. One staff member was nice and helpful.
We checked into a room to find the beds looked like someone had been laying on them. The comforter was crumpled and the pillows were messed up. The front desk called ten minutes after we arrived and said they needed to move us because the tv in our room didn't work. We moved to a new room only to find out at 11:00 pm that the tv in that room didn't work! We called the front desk for help and he seemed very irritated that he would have to come up. It took him about 45 minutes to make it to our room, and he couldn't fix it. We saw a maintenance man in the hallway the next morning and he fixed it. We left for the day for a wedding. When we arrived back to our room at midnight, we discovered that our room was never cleaned. Beds were unmade and the room had not been touched. Again we called the front desk and he agreed that was unacceptable. Upon checking out I politely tried to talk with the two women behind the desk about our disappointment with the service we received and the problems we encountered, but both were rude and didn't seem to care one bit. One of them quickly handed me a receipt and said in a sarcastic tone, "Have a good day". For two nights, the total bill was $540 and I feel that is too expensive for that kind of service. It was very disappointing. I will not go back.
The room was comfortable and clean.
It was extremely overpriced.
I liked that the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly, we were only staying for a couple of days and wanted to be close to Gulf Shores since that is mainly where the activities that we had planned were, this hotel is just minutes away. The Pool area is very nicely landscaped as well and private from surroundings. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
The only dislike was that breakfast was not included, most places include it and I normally do take that into consideration when choosing a Hotel and there was no microwave in the hotel room.
How clean and comfortable it was.
We had to ask for a receipt.
The rooms where clean. The atmosphere was comfortable. The location was perfect. Was not too close to the busy beach life, but was close enough to travel back and forth for down time away from the busy crowds.
We stayed more than one night, we left for the day and returned that evening to an unlocked door. Housekeeping had forgotten the door cracked open that morning after tidying up. Called the front desk to report it, they were apologetic about it. The television didn't work properly with the remote that was given to us. We didn't report that. We did meet the guest that stayed there the previous night, he reported that he requested to be moved from that room because the television wouldn't work properly for him.
Loved how friendly the staff was
The room had a balcony that we didn't know about ahead of time. It was in a good location, not far from the beach, and the market. Had a nice clean pool.
It was advertised that it had a Starbucks but it wasn't an actual Starbucks, and the prices in the cafe were outrageous! We had to drive somewhere every morning to eat breakfast.
The room was very comfortable and enough space. Staff was friendly. Pool area was pretty nice, but I do question the cleanliness of the pool because it seemed there was a film of dirt at the surface of the water. Location was great because the shuttle to Hangout Fest was right there. Also, nice to have a bar and other restaurants there.
While the room was appropriately tidied up every time we let the housekeeper in, they didn't do a good scrub. Because we were at a music festival/beach, we dirtied the bathroom floor when we'd come back with our feet. The next day when we'd let the housekeeper in, I was disappointed they just let the dirt stay there on the bathroom floor and tub.
Did not leave towels.
Everything was very good, clean, comfortable, friendly, good service.
Price was a little high and no free breakfast.
We were in town for the Hangout festival, and this hotel was right next to the shuttle stop. We just had to walk across the parking lot!
Large, clean, and well decorated rooms Proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities A five minute drive to the main public beach $100 less than equivalent hotels on the beach We will stay again and highly recommend!
No complaints at all
Location. Just a short drive to the beach or to the outlet mall in Foley.
Location and service
The coffee and coffee pots I do not drink decaf.
No microwave in the room.
