the location, easy to find, in the area we wanted to be close to. little areas of needing attention when cleaned.Like theback of doors near knobs, the blow dry handle was gummy.

Staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions for places we wanted to go. We also liked the balcony And all the pillows! Being interrupted by housekeeping when we had our "please do not disturb" sign on the handle

Staff was excellent. Extremely noisy hotel. You could here all the other room doors, everytime they opened and closed. Poeple were throwing bottles and glasses down into the construction bin from the balconies. Noise did not stop until around 12:30 am.....finally got some sleep. Unfortunately, we were not informed prior to our visit that the restaurant was closed because of construction. All things considered....I Would not book this hotel again.

The room was very spacious for my kids to have enough room to play I was very disappointed in the amenities as there were none the pool was dirty the jacuzzi was out of order and the resturant was closed for renovations. There was no staff to help with our luggage and it was not in walking distance with children as described

Ultra Friendly staff Great location near all the Long Beach nightlife and the beach Free bicycles (all guests can rent a bicycle for free) Free wifi Balconies for all the rooms Some little things were broken in the room (sink leaked a bit, and sliding door was tough to close), but nothing that took away from the stay Oldest, slowest, loudest elevator I've ever been on haha

Was dissatisfied with the hotel. I had a view of a wall. Was also surrounded by "access" amenities which don't help with relaxing when you are able bodied. Staff were professional. But the stay was well below par. Most of it.

was walking distance to the beach, downtown and shoreline area cleansiness of room, staff promising to take caare of issue. wasnt until i spoke to the 4th employee that bathroom was properly cleaned. spoke to several agents after i checked in also a manager on duty who assured concerns would be addressed but issue was not take care of until complained again next day. no apology, adjustment or anything done in good faith to address inconvenience.

The staff was very willing to help and friendly and large comfortable rooms. Myself and my daughter arrived at the hotel at 10pm from LAX and were very hungry. There was no way to get a snack in the hotel as the kitchens were already closed. Would be nice if there were sandwiches or snacks available.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were the best part of the experience. Our room faced a wall. I think we were put in this room because we booked on the internet. I think we absolutely had the worst or at least the second worst room in the whole building. We laughed.

Desk clerk was very helpful. Free Wifi. Central location. Concierge did not follow up after calling a taxi for a group of 4, infact he was no longer available.
