Clean and comfortable hotel. Nice staff. Convenient to airport.

Hotel didn't have a pool and hot tub area didn't have a nice setting/view.

One of the closest hotels to the airport

This is a well-run hotel all around from check-in to valet. Staff are all quite warm and friendly. We waited til a few days before our stay to book and rates were lowered.

While location is very convenient to destinations both north and south of LAX, slight claustraphobia even on a high floor looking out on a new parking garage construction to the west. Previous stay on east side no better. Still a good deal however.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. They hotel is great for business trip and being close to the airport (and other business needs such as transportation rentals & taxi use). For business, I recommend 100%.

Cleanliness,comfortable beds

Small bathrooms, horrible prices for food and beverages...we paid $3.50 for a bottle of soda...that is robbery...there is no reason to rip people off that way...it is expensive enough to travel with a family

not convenient for shopping

Free shuttle bus to lax airport. Free internet in the room and speed is perfect. I can also print the boarding pass in the lobby. 24 hours snack bar

,At $240 for the nite a bit expensive for what we got.no breakfast included in price. We didnt need this as we had a 3am start the next morning.

The room was big, modern, clean, nicely designed, and the beds were comfortable.

The only problem I had with the room was that the door connecting our room to the adjacent room did not block out the noise. I could hear their music, every word of the conversation, and they woke us up in the morning. The room was well sound-proofed from external noise, but I've never been in a room before where it seemed like my neighbors were sharing it with me.

The comfort of the bed after a long flight was awesome. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Having to wait to check in after a long flight. Its the policy and I do understand. I would do stay understand.

Large comfortable bedrooms. Closest hotel to lax airport.

Fire alarm went off around 8pm, no announcements, no assembly or roll call, no all clear given by staff despite rapid response from lapd and fire dept. Fortunately a false alarm but an indicator of no drills or procedures by staff.

Staff are friendly, and the room is clean.

Location was very strategic. Close to the airport and all the big car rentals. Because you need a car, when you travel around in la. Downtown la is about 20 min. Drive. But the hotel is close to all the beaches, like Santa Monica, Malibu and Venice Beach. Santa Monica is about 15 min. Drive. The rooms are clean and very spacious, unlimited valet parking for usd 20,- a day, and free wifi in your room. I would stay here again for sure !

Small remark, there is no breakfast buffet/restaurant. I recieved a voucher to get my breakfast at a small cafe, opposite of the check-in counter. No big deal, because this cafe was ok.

I'd give it top score but for the water heater breaking down. I took a cold shower--horrible.

The reception is really professional. And it is really good that you have printer for the business service.

It was a little disappointed that when we arrive the airport and takes about 50 mins to see the shuttle bus to the hotel. And our boss is very upset.

Nice hotel. The room was big, clean, comfortable. It is not near to the downtown of L.A. but very convenient to get to airport.

It is a pity that have not free parking. Parking fee was 20 dollars per day.

Having tried many hotels close to LAX, I'd rate this near the top. For business or leisure, it's comfortable, very clean, modern and not overpriced.

The "fully equipped" gym is actually a few treadmills and some weights with a little outdoor hot tub. If they upgrade this aspect, hotel would be ideal for brief stays...
