This is one worst hotel experiences that I have ever had. The personal were poor and showed little concern for problems that I had. Half of them need to learn how to speak English instead of talking like they had marbles in their month. I can assure you that I will never stay there again or recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly and able to answer my questions The pool wasn't open at all while I was there.

I ore requested to have NON down pillows on the bed and that was neglected. Also we wanted the groups rooms to be all together and that did not happen.
