Everything was great. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. Bistro was handy and food was good. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area
Spa did not have self timer and powerful jets. Breakfast was not included.
We have traveled a lot in the past week, getting the opportunity to stay in your hotel was truly a moment of rest and relaxation. So very accommodating and we'll appointed in every aspect right down to the perfect layout of the hotel. Functional, is a great word to describe the lay out- whoever designed it knew what a traveler would need next at every turn.
If I had to give one complaint it would be that when we ordered our coffee the barista had just started the cleaning process on the espresso maker so it took about 10 minutes to get our coffee.
The beds were comfortable, and the comforters were cozy. Cleanliness and spaciousness also a plus. Good towels, and plenty of them were appreciated. Pleasant decor in the rooms and the lobby area.
1. The closet! We've had this same problem at other Marriott's. The closet is so poorly designed that it doesn't serve its purpose--it's not usable for two people and even worse, it will be impossibly small for any winter coats. 2. There is not enough light in the room. We like at least one overhead light and the current lamps are distant from each other, and quite dim.
Nice staff, nice room.
Limited breakfast options, extra cost involved.
The apples in the lobby were good. The staff was efficient. The room was spacious, clean and attractive.
I was taken aback that you actually had to pay for a cup of coffee in the morning. I can't remember the last place I stayed that didn't offer complimentary coffee...especially at the rate we paid for this room. Do yourself a favor and get a $1 cup of Paul Newman's across the street at McDonalds. Mattress wasn't very comfortable and I lost hot water during my shower at 5:00 p.m.
The pillows & meal options @ the hotel
No breakfast included
We have 10 month old twins, so we were looking for a clean, no frills hotel to stay at while visiting for a wedding. The staff was very helpful and patient.
Breakfast was a little expensive for what it was, but still good and convenient.
Breakfast should have been offered in the price of the room.
Lobby, bistro, coffee and bar areas were awesome.
Staff not overly friendly. Adequate staff.
Clean property, well staffed, immaculate room and nice toiletries.
AC ran continuously all night, probably could use a recharge. For the price ($180 a night), I would expect a breakfast bar, alas they have a cafe with pay choices.
Spacious room. Quiet. Friendly helpful staff.
No breakfast included.
room was nicely appointed, comfortable.
we would have liked breakfast included for the rate.
Clean and quiet.
My son loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms are new and clean, of a good quality. The wings at their deli "bistro" were quite good, as was the "starbucks" latte.
The hotel is not in the center of town, and it is predictably nice cookie cutter courtyard. So its not the sort of charmng vermont experience that you may hope to find in vermont. But you know that going in, so its hard to complain.
Staff was friendly and accommodating
We have always had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard in Middl. Cordial staf and clean.
Convenient location for my purposes. Clean, comfortable, good value for the money.
Unfortunately, I had to drive from 89 North, through the Green Mountain National Forest at night. This was a frightening experience since I had never traveled these roads and it was pitch black. Next time I would make sure to arrive during daylight hours!
It was very quiet as we had a back room and the trees were lovely.
The price--way more than for other hotels we have stayed in of similar quality. Also, the breakfast they served was very poor although the room they served in was pleasant.
