It was a convenient location for our travel plans. The evening check-in desk woman was extremely nice. A portion of the lobby was being remodeled and the very strong smell of paint thinner was awful. We checked in around 3:00 but no room was ready. We waited an hours and found out that we were given a room with 2 full beds versus a king bed as reserved. The toilet in the room was unstable and not secured to the floor.

Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Met all additional accommodation requests. Views of courtyard. Landscaping of grounds were meticulously kept groomed. Friendly and knowledge staff. No breakfast with room rate.

Location to Oprey Mills and Opreyland Hotel The sofa in my room was very uncomfortable and the cushions smashed down into the frame making the frame hard on my legs. The cushions should be replaced.

We loved the convenience to everything and the awesome layout and amenities of the main floor. We were not thrilled with the Bistro as it was pricey, but we only used it once finding other restaurants more to our liking! Shoneys, the Waffle House....]. I was a little disappointed that the pool did not have a deep end. Limited some swimming for my family. BUT lovely and very very well maintained. LOVED the complimentary morning coffee too..and the lovely areas on the main floor and outside to sit and enjoy my computer communications and coffee while wanting for my family to get going! The desk staff were amazing at helping us choose sites to see and booking the General Jackson for us. THANKS TO KEVIN as he was an amazing personable and informative person for us THANK YOU The only criticism I have is that we had to request our shampoo and conditioner. I don't bring any as it is bulking to pack and mishaps happen. But it was not supplied daily and there was not a body lotion, which I went out and bought!!! Otherwise the other comments were strictly personal taste and would not bother anyone else.

Die Damen am Empfang waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Jede Frage wurde stets mit einem lächeln beantwortet. Echt super. Die Nähe zur Opry Mills Shopping Mall ist echt perfekt und Downtown hat man es auch nicht weit! Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. War aber im großen und ganzen gerade noch i.O.

Excellent staff, couldnt have been more helpful. Room spacious and clean, good value. slightly out of town and therefore quiet. Nice pool and spa. Bed a little hard.
