In the Arts District, this hotel has modern rooms and guest laundry facilities. It features an outdoor pool with deck chairs, a fitness center and hot tub. Louisiana Superdome is one mile away.

This historic boutique hotel is located less than a mile from New Orleans’ vibrant French Quarter District.

Right on the river in New Orleans, this contemporary hotel offers state-of-the-art facilities and fine dining, just steps from the Riverwalk Marketplace, which features over 140 shops and restaurants....

In the National Historic Lower central business district, Baronne Plaza was constructed in 1931 and features the original Art Deco stone and granite facade.
Score from 471 reviews Good
I liked that everything was in walking distance. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. We traveled for the Saints home opener so the walk to the Superdome was very entertaining to say the least. Would definitely stay again.
The only thing I didn't like was that the room did not have a fridge or microwave. And for the price I expected it to have both.
Was great being right next to river walk and concert venue. Loved it!
Toilet was a little outdated looking but the rest of the room was fantastic looking.
Beds were comfortable, room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic!
Staff was a little on the rude side and the pool wasn't that great.
I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the room.
I was pleased with my visit; however, I think the parking fee was a little high.
Convenient to cruise terminal and trolleys
It was walking distance to the French Quarter(close enough but away from the craziness) and the Convention Center. If you like longer walks...to the Garden District. The exposed original brick was wonderful because although you know the hotel was upgraded it still has the past charm.
There is still construction next door. So once that's done it's great!
Location and friendly staff
Restroom needs to be updated. At least it was clean though.
The pool could be a bit more cleaner.
Close to convention centre Friendly staff
Queuing at the breakfast bar
I went with a friend for her birthday. Great location, great staff, Michael is great and very comforting.
Loud music next door
It was clean and beds were awesome.
At check in they just asked for my debit card and I thought it was to hold payment then after it was swiped I was told that once it was swiped room payment came off of card. And we were going to pay with cash because our card was linked to our cruise. So that was kind of aggregating. But besides that it was a nice place to stay.
Parking wasn't included. 30$ a day, I felt like that was unacceptable were paying for a room.
Parking price. I feel like there shouldn't have been a price at all.
Front desk staff knowledgeable and helpful
Location to World War II museum Breakfast option when making reservation. Upgraded because I was platinum
I like the location. The staff was friendly and helpful
When we checked out they had charged us for breakfast when it was supposed to be included hopefully it was taken off my charge.
ROOM AND LOCATION
CHECK IN WAS CROWDED DUE TO RAIN
area rooms comfort staff prive
Reasonable price, suitable location, polite staff, stylish lobby bar
Just in front of our room across the street is situated club Republic with very loud music
The stay was amazing.
Lack of shuttle to/from airport Lack of shuttle to/from tourist area/French Quarter
There was a food bar on the first floor where I was expecting a full-service restaurant for some reason. The food was expensive, but never disappointing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to everywhere we most wanted to go, the WWII Museum, St. Patrick's Church, the French Quarter.
I hated paying $28.00 to park our car, which we had decided in advance not to move, but to walk or take taxis to the places we planned to visit. Was surprised to find an additional tax of $3.36 added to the "valet parking" fee for a total price of $31.36 per day. Add $23.39 to your room rate to cover all the daily taxes! However, our total Booking.com bill for 3 nights amounted to $552.64, parking, taxes, and all...not too bad!
Good service, close to everything
We stayed on the second floor and were kept awake because of all the drunk people on the street below us. Probably won't be going back to New Orleans any time soon. Hotel staff was nice though.
Beds were comfortable
28 bucks for parking is robbery the only Hotel I have ever stayed that did not have a blow dryer and of course the only time I didn't bring mine. The parking charge really is rediculous If you pay to stay parking should be free or minimal. 28 bucks is NOT minimal.
