Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good for restaurants and walking to tourist sites and streetcars.
Rooms facing the street were noisy; windows are single pane glass, and construction and partying outside may keep you up most of the night. Also the ventilation in the bathroom is inadequate.
Front desk ladies where nice and helpful. As well as guy bin bar area.
The bed was comfortable.
When we arrived, we were informed that "Booking" had canceled our reservation, even thou we had a printed confirmation for the night. They did, however, provide us a room at the agreed rate. We were to have met close friends from England, however the hotel had informed them that we had canceled our reservation. As a result, we were unable to make contact with them until very late that evening. In that this was the primary reason for our stay, this error by either "Booking" or Marriott almost completely ruined our meeting up with our friends. When we attempted to get info from the staff, we were told that the regular staff was off for a Christmas party, they were just "filling in" from other Marriotts, could provide no info as to restuarants, clubs, etc. Also, there was a club directly across from our room which was extremely loud rendering sleep prior to 2:00 a.m. impossible. We are members of Marriott's Rewards & have used "Booking" in the past, but this was one huge foul-up after another and will give us pause before we use either in the future.
Close to the cruise terminal and outlet stores. central without being "touristy". Staff who interacted and had personality. Close to fabulous restuarants. eg Pisce
not much! lovely staff great sense of humour, and very helpful
I was told you could walk to the cruise ship port from the hotel--good thing we opted for a cab!
staff are willing to help and support.
Hotel location near some night clubs which cause some noise at night.
Service of breakfast staff was great and they did everthing they could, to try to explain unusual breakfast system. Most inefficient system we have seen on our world travel! Location of hotel is excellent for W2 Museum. 7 min walk!
We stayed in room 531 at the corner of the corridor. Noisy location as you get noise from 2 sides : corridor and neigbouring room. Thin walls! Floor of elevator dirty and not cleaned.Breakfast was a joke. You can only order a minimum number of items. Cappuccino very difficut to get High charges for parking $ 28,-
This hotel was within walking distance of the French Quarter and most of the attractions we wanted to visit.
The lobby was great. The room was clean and service was prompt and courteous.
The layout of the rooms. I was in 309 which was allllll the way on the other side of the building from the elevators
Break fast wsd kncluded in the room rate but you have to stand in a line in the mooring to get yhe breakfast .The breakfast it self was poor . Hotel is very expeinsive copared to other hotel at a better area such as sheraton.
Comfortable beds Whirlpool and swimming pool outside room on second floor. Sweet. Fridge and microwave. Starbucks buck coffee at the lobby restaurant Free access to printer to print boarding passes Free internet Staff is excellent
The breakfast and staff were fantastic
Not keen on the bathroom sink outside of the toilet
Location and convenient
location and friendly staff
breakfast was not included,pillows
Within walking distance of great dining
No SEC network, but it was understandable
Rooms are big and clean. Walking distance to Convention Center. Courteous staff.
Quite far to French Quarters and shopping area though Riverwalk is near. Room at second floor assigned to me was located across the street where bars are open until the wee hours of the morning during weekends hence quite noisy. Breakfast was good but few choices.
Excellent location and access to restaurants. Staff is great and interior courtyard very nice.
The clubs on St. Peter are loud until 4AM!!! Didn't expect that
the location was good as it was close to Harrah's and the French quarter.
there was a club across the street that was holding a Halloween party our first night there. The music was so loud we couldn't sleep until around 5:00am.
Cleanliness , nice design
The price for valet parking for one night
Great staff!!! Helpful, friendly, professional.
My room was dark and not on the courtyard (A wing). I would avoid in the future.
Room clean and comfortable.
Needs late afternoon food service.
I liked that everything was in walking distance. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. We traveled for the Saints home opener so the walk to the Superdome was very entertaining to say the least. Would definitely stay again.
The only thing I didn't like was that the room did not have a fridge or microwave. And for the price I expected it to have both.
Was great being right next to river walk and concert venue. Loved it!
Toilet was a little outdated looking but the rest of the room was fantastic looking.
Beds were comfortable, room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic!
Staff was a little on the rude side and the pool wasn't that great.
I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of the room.
I was pleased with my visit; however, I think the parking fee was a little high.
