Good service, close to everything
We stayed on the second floor and were kept awake because of all the drunk people on the street below us. Probably won't be going back to New Orleans any time soon. Hotel staff was nice though.
Bathroom should've been more luxury or modern , for the suite i had .
This was a great hotel! It was in walking distance to almost everything and the streetcar stop was also close. We enjoyed the excellent restaurants in the area as well as the shopping. The hotel staff were so friendly and helped us with every query we had from directions to booking tours. The pool was great and the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
The bistro downstairs had little ambience and short hours. It would have been nice if there was music and more of a social atmosphere. The pool area could use more attention.
Everything is updated and clean.
The pool closes.
That nice of hotel should have much better mattresses
Loved the mix of old warehouse and modern design. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Accommodating staff. My first stay and would certainly stay again.
Not a fan of Starbucks.
Easy to walk to places in the city
Valet parking is very expensive and they charge you fees for everything! Parking fee, visitor free, parking tax, tourism fee and other fees which seem a bit unnecessary. They should make the parking in the hotel free at least to help with all the other fees they charge
Loved the location. Huge room. Easy access to French Quarter. Great restaurants nearby.
I have no answer.
The hotel was in a prime spot for going to the cruise terminal! The hotel was in the perfect spot for us to walk to several different areas. Staff was very helpful and everything was clean. There are many places to eat nearby and the French quarter is a little bit of a walk but not too far.
cleanliness, nice room very clean, bathrooms cleans wonderful stay, close to the convention center where i go every years for the events there. Shirley Birmingham,Al
It was in a good location and it was nice and clean.
I only stayed for one night and with in that time frame the valet manages to back my car in to a pole. The back corner of my car is smushed in and it's been a month and they have not fixed the damaged. Horrible valet service!! If you like ruining your car then I suggest you park your car at the hotel.
The staff was awesome. Very friendly. The lady working at the bistro was a breath of fresh air. Very hospitable. The breakfast was amazing. Kudos to the cook. My son said the French toast was the best he has ever had. Our room was a king w/sleeper sofa and it was very roomy. I was happy the room had a refrigerator and microwave which wasn't listed in the accommodations. Location was great. One we checked in we never drove until it was time to leave. Everything is within walking distance. Awesome vacation stay.
The only complaint would be the walls are thin so it was a tad noisy at night with our room being directly above the bistro and lobby but not unbearable. Not a deal breaker for me. I would definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff Great location Comfortable room
Restaurant was very good with fair prices. Location of hotel is great.
Sofa pull out was very small.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was in walking distance. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. I will stay here again when I come back to New Orleans !!
No fridge or microwave
I loved my room right by the poolside. The associates were very welcoming. I liked the valet parking. Checkout timing was awesome because it was noon. Bistro area !!!!
The kind of trees around the pool. No fridge or microwave in the rooms for that price.
I enjoyed cleanliness and also the convenience of being within walking distance of tourist attractions and venues.
Not a good value for money. Valet parking is a nightmare
It was quiet very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was in walking distance.
The road construction.
Everything was first-class
The staff was incredible, friendly and very professional. They made the trip. Ashley Wineburg, working the front desk, went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.
Bistro's breakfast is pretty bad
Close enough to restaurants and a 2 block walk to streetcar to French Quarter
Apparently it has become the norm for guests to schlep their own luggage into and out of the hotel. Rate for our stay was exorbitant because of Jazzfest ( understood) but still way overpriced for lack of service And amenities.
