Close to airport, shopping facilities (Jersey Gardens Outlet Mall) and hiway access. Staff are great! Lack of public transport close by apart from buses that do not run very regularly. Only one independant restaurant close by once mall has closed

Location and facilities were excellent; convenience to Jersey Gardens Shopping Mall and Newark Airport were both influencing factors, and super value for money! I am very happy to recommend this Hotel to any eager shoppers and will certainly return to stay with you on my next trip Stateside!!!!!!!!!! No negatives!

We arrived when Hurricane Sandy had just hit. The staff at the hotel where fantastic and very very helpful. Special thanks to the ladies on the reception. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help. They are a credit to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is modern, with friendly staff. The rooms as spacious of excellent standard and very clean. The hotel is in a prime location across from Jersey Garden Mall, Newark airport and close the to the train station for easy access to NY City centre.

Rooms a good size, clean and comfortable at an excellent price. Near to Newark airport and Bayonne cruise terminal. A 40 minuite train ride gets you into Manhattan for 12 dollars. Over the road from Jersey gardens shopping mall which has plenty of outlet stores for those bargains. Staff are friendly, informative and professional. There is even a left luggage facility, so if you have a late flight you can leave your bags and go shop! Free Wifi, swimming pool, bar and snacks. Complimentary shuttle bus half hourly to and from Newark airport will save you 20 dollar taxi fare. Highly recommended.

Close to the mall. The staff is geared to respond to strictly local service requests which normally are minimal compared to foreign guests . Holding up Credit card authorization more than necessary and not clearing up the hold at check out but delaying it to few days is not good business practice to say the least. I have checked out two days ago and have not received my credit back yet. Frankly it is not worth the money but live and learn.

Chambre confortable, personnel accueillant, internet haut débit, thé et café en libre service, proximité d'un grand centre commercial avec cinémas et restaurants, parfait pour visiter NYC (prendre la navette entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport EWR, puis le AirTrain entre le parking P4 et le terminal C, puis le bus Newark Airport Express qui vous dépose au centre de Manhattan pour 28 USD aller-retour). Parking payant (11 USD par jour), chambre mal insonorisée (on entend avions et voisins), pas de petit déjeuner buffet.
