Courtyard Newark Liberty International Airport  

Rooms were very nice. Staff responded quickly to our needs. Price was good. Nice to have an indoor pool...but very cold!

Would have benefited by having a continental breakfast.

Near airport and free shuttle bus service

No restaurant, v poor food choice in a lobby area, alcoholic beverages limited and expensive(no bar), long distance to find a decent eatery $25/30 cab fare each way, prob ok if u has ur own transport

We only stayed one night on our way to Hawaii for vacation. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, hotel was clean, shuttle on time and pleasant. We will return, great value!

They forgot to make up the sofa bad on arrival. We requested sheets and told them that the children were in bed as we had an early flight so we just needed the sheets so that we could make beds up ourselves. There was a lack of communication with a staff member who had limited English, he knocked the door and woke children, had to see what we needed as could not understand us, he then went away to get linen and came back putting all lights on in room, fully waking children 5 hours before we needed to get up for our flight! Staff were apologetic but damage was already done. Very tired children who had to endure a 7 hour flight!

Complimentary shuttle service from and to the airport. Location. Computer with a printer where you can do check-in for your flight. Flight information displayed on screens in the lobby.

I didn't like the restaunt hrs I didnt like the fact there was only one washer the bus drivers we're not friendly I made a reservation and gave cc and told them I would be there at 530am and they had cancelled my room out and that wasn't very welcoming 530 in the morning coming in from over seas...

the food was very good. service to the airport was easy.

Far away from public transport

The directions given on the website are incorrect. Once you find the hotel and you check in then you find out that the elevators are not working in the hotel. Not temporarily but for the forseeable future. So you cary your bags up the stairs. Ok but the air conditioning must have also been off as the hallways were at least 90 degrees, it had been hot that day. Ok then the next morning as I was waiting for the shuttle outside a nice rat walked right by the front door like he was a guest. Not worried that I was there as if this was a normal everyday thing. Thats when I gave up making excuses Courtyard Newark is off my list hello Hilton

Its pleasant and convenient cuz my flight is from NEwark back home. Am an international traveler so its easy and fast.

The lift is old and break down a few times. The location of the room is far from lobby. Better selection of the meals.

Nous avions eu l'impression d'être à coté de New York suite à la visite de votre site, ce qui n'est pas le cas du tout… Donc nous sommes déçu car nous voulions y aller !

Hotel muy cómodo para estancias donde se requiera estar cerca del aeropuerto. Personal amable y un muy buen servicio de desayuno incluido.

Perdí casi una hora dado que el gps no reconocía la dirección del domicilio - deberían alertar desde la reservación sobre este problema, ya que llegué a otro hotel de la misma cadena y me dieron un papel con instrucciones ya que ellos reconocieron que es un problema frecuente.

La ubicaci'on muy cerca del aeropuerto. La puntualidad del bus que traslada a los huespedes hasta la p 4 del aeropuerto. Las instalaciones estan muy bien. El desayuno es bueno y eta incluido.

Todo me parecio bien. Si lo recomiendo.

A Minha estadia ocorreu sem nenhum problema, os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos, o quarto apresenta um tamanho razoável e o hotel dispõe de um restaurante que atende as necessidades.

Für einen Zwischenstopp ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Aufgrund der Umgebung eher weniger (Autobahnen, Flughafen [obwohl von dem nicht viel zu hören ist], Industrie).

The hotel was very clean. Specially the lobby was comfortable space for guest.

I was driving to the hotel from Canada. I easily got near Newark airport, however, I could not find the hotel at all. I asked a few people how to get there. It was so hard to find the hotel.
