I was invited by a church as a guest minister. They provided a card for payment. I was asked for my card for incidentials... somehow ALL the charges including room ended up on my card. The business office had no one in on Saturday... very frustrating. Now my staff has to make calls to the business office to see if we can correct the error of the person who checked me in or whoever chose to use my card for everything.

Convenience: It was less than 10 minutes by free shuttle bus, which runs every half hour 24 hours a day, to the airport terminals. You could check in as late as you like and leave as early as you needed to - essential with airplane travel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with free WiFi, and absolute quiet.

I selected this hotel based on other reviews. I found it totally lived up to the good reviews. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent for an overnight lay over.

Kostenloser Hotel-Shuttle zum JFK Airport und Federal Circle Station (dort Anbindung an öffentl. Verkehrsmittel). JFK Airport ist mit Shuttle in 5 - 7 Minuten erreichbar.

Extraordinarily helpful staff. We suffered a flat tire on our car just before arriving, and two staff members helped us find a repair shop that was open at 6 a.m. on a Sunday. Restaurant staff was equally helpful and cheerful.

Estávamos num grupo e o atendente da recepcao foi mal educado, rude, impaciente. Ni dia seguinte pra fechar e pedir o recibo, outra moca tmb foi grosseira. O hotel em si é bom, mas o atendimento péssimo.
