I truly appreciated my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. It had everything I really needed. It was modern and clean, I booked it when I saw there was a starbucks in the lobby. I felt very at home and comfortable. We lost our keys and the staff had them safe and sound. Everyone working was pleasant . We especially appreciated Alex our shuttle driver. Thanks Courtyard for a wonderful experience

They were wonderful. They let us park our car while we were away for 4 days and although we were immediately driving back to the villages, they picked us up at the airport and took us straight to our car at the hotel. Great friendly service.

The room was well-designed, and most comfortable. A clean,crisp feeling to the decor, but with warm colors. The patio and pool were great -- and not very busy at all. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Handy, as we had no car, were taking shuttle to MCO/Orlando Airport. Smaller, more intimate scale to the hotel is appealing. And, you can even printout your boarding passes on a computer dedicated to that!

I liked the fact that there was a bistro right in the lobby and that it was so close to the Airport as we had an early flight in the morning.

Location A charge for smoking in the room. I am a none smoker and did not smoke in the room. As a rewards member please check my record from past stays to confirm I have never been accused if this behavior. Please contact me and remove the charge. I don't understand how a none smoker could be charged for this. The room did not indicate a prior smoker was in the room, I would have noticed had this been the case and would have requested a room change.

The staff was great at the hotel and very accomadating. Our cruise was delayed by a day and the staff went out of their way to help us get the extra night. Staff was more than willing to answer any questions or point us in the right direction for catching location transport. THANK YOU FOR BEING GREAT TO US!!

Nada Nos vendieron un cuarto para 5 personas, pero el cuarto era tan pequeño que no cupimos por lo que tuve que pagar un cuarto mas. Los baños no tienen estractor de olores. Me dejaron sin recoger del aeropuerto. Espere 1-1/2 horas hasta que mejor tome un taxi al hotel.

Close to the airport. We came in very late nice that we didn't have to drive very far from the airport. I reserved 2 queen beds, even though they upgraded to a king suite the pull out sofa was not very comfy. Extra pillows were not as comfy as the ones in the room.

Vi ble hentet på flyplassen og kjørt til hotellet som en del av prisen for overnattingen. God frokost. Billig overnatting. Feil på nettsiden. Det var ikke frokost i prisen for alle. Frokost gjaldt for to voksne og to barn, til tross for 4 betalende voksne og 1 barn. Resepsjonist var ikke å rikke til tross for at vi hadde dette skriftlig på engelsk. Derfor ble det til at to ekstra voksne måtte betale frokost.
