The room was nice and fairly clean. Saw a few stains on the towels but overall not bad. The decor was lovely.
I had asked for them to put rose petals and chocolates on the bed but they didn't do it. My boyfriend and I went there for our anniversary and I thought it would have been nice but guess not. That was pretty disappointing.
Very comfortable, nice homey touches in furnishings like color coordinated pillows on sofa. Staff at front desk are very friendly.
Bed a little too soft
Front desk was very courteous.
room did not have a microwave and mini fridge. Hot water too a very very long time to heat up and/or come out.
No fridge in the room.
Location, Great helpful staff, Great Shuttle Service, High quality rooms and Facilities
Availability of free coffee service is not as good as that provided by Fairfield Inn sister of Marriott parent company.
Close to airport close to center city Phila. Loved it!
I loved that everyone were so friendly & helpful. The balcony was also i good idea for people who smoke
Design features that caters to travelers Clean and comfortable room
I felt staff were very friendly and went above and beyond my expectation of making sure we had everything we needed for our night in Philadelphia. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy.
We called the hotel at night to get the number of a taxi service to bring us back to the hotel. The number was disconnected, luckily we were able to secure a ride back to the hotel.
Close to the airort, with shuttle service to and from.
Our room was charged for a meal when we didn't eat there! Ants in the room. Still haven't recieved our revised bill with the bogus meal charge removed.
Great staff....always friendly and happy to assist. Room and hotel was very clean. Enjoyed my stay!!!
Not really the hotel's fault but there happened to be some type of soccer tournament in town that involved a bunch of small youths. There was a lot of noise(kids running around and banging). I did call to complain to desk who said they would take care of it. They did..no more loud noises for the remainder of my stay!
Nice rooms, good wi-fi
No fridge in the room, no complementary breakfast, though it was promised at the moment of booking the hotel - rather disappointing
Courtesy van, friendly accommodating staff. Complementary breakfast for inconvenience.
Had to move multiple times, final room not completely comparable to first two. No information in room regard to easily accessible transportation or restaurants in area.
free parking, close to the downtown Philadelphia by car
I stayed for one night only. The location was good for my purpose-to be close to the airport, because I was leaving very early the following morning. It was clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the bar/restaurant.
The noise. I needed a decent sleep that night, and I requested to be woken up at 4:00 a.m, because my flight was at 6:30 a.m. I went to bed early, and was soon disturbed by arguments between a couple whose room was adjacent to mine. I plugged my ears and fell asleep eventually. I was up at 2:00 a.m. up untill my wake-up time, because a wedding party continued to celebrate in the room across the corridor from my own. The noise went on despite two visits from security. I think the hotel should set rules against noise, just as the B&B I stayed in Philadelphia did.The purpose of my stay in the hotel close to the airport was to get a decent sleep before a long journey, and that didn't happen. Unless I read that rules against noise are posted and inforced, I am will not book any room in this hotel.
Check-in was very easy. Hostess was very pleasant. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying. All around good experience.
Near the airport and the people there are nice.
The facilities are little bit old and the roads in front of the hotel is full of bid holes. Watch out for your vehicles.
Location is convenient to the airport and interstate. Room was quiet.
Although you can adjust the thermostat the unit would not heat up and would blow out cold air. There was no way to turn the fan off. I prefer a hotel that offers complementary breakfast and coffee.
Perfect location right near airport. We came in on a late flight & needed a hotl nearby. This fit the bill nicely. Staff was very friendly & helpful, got us on our way the next morning!
The staff were excellent - competent, happy, willing to do whatever it took to make the stay pleasant. I very much appreciated their care.
This Courtyard is not up to the usual Marriott standards. The hallways and elevators are dark, dingy and don't feel clean. The hotel seem 'tired.' Once in the room, it's more like a Marriott - clean, quiet, comfortably furnished. A big concern was that breakfast ended at 10:00 and there were no food offerings until dinner. The "Market" had very few choices. Normally, I would get out and find something, but this was a day with temperatures well below zero and warnings not to go out if you didn't need to. It seemed like the hotel should have been more receptive and provided a minimal food service - soup and sandwiches would have been an easy and appreciated choice. I was also surprised that a few days after I made the booking in December the bill was on my credit card. I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't hold the charge until you arrived.
I didn't like that they advertised a jacuzzi and there wasn't one...One reason we picked that hotel. .
Very good location next to Philadelphia International Airport.
Free parking, size of the room and bed, very clean facilities and excellent staff
The "convenience store" was outrageously expensive
Helpful staff, great shuttle to/from airport, local train station and restaurant.. so nice to have a spread of food for the runners at 3:30 am on race day... a great stay :) Having access to printing boarding passes was great!
Wished there was a hot tub :( Marketplace ran out of big water bottles (necessary for runners' refueling).... overall an excellent visit
