Breakfast was really fresh and filling even though it was a bit pricey. Easy access to the mall.
My stay for Thanksgiving was much better. The room then had a microwave and small refrigerator. My stay for christmas did not have either. The sheet also had holes and the fitted sheet was too small so it kept coming off the mattress. Parking should be free as the lot was pretty empty.
Perfect location and very nice room
Location, facility, simple amenities, WiFi options
Location, cooperative staff
Breakfast should be included at this fair
Centrally located, front desk staff very knowledgable and helpful, could walk to many points of interest
Housekeeping staff was slow, disinterested (Particularly on Saturday), tried to avoid work
Location, pool, rooms, staff working the front desk
One of the young ladies working at Starbucks on Saturday was rude and dismissive
Hotel is located by some great restaurants and a walk away from the train station.
A breakfast voucher and/or parking could have been included, especially since we stayed 2 nights. We were irrated after check-out that we were unable to exit the gated parking. I had to go back into the main desk 3 times before some came outside to help us out.
There were restaurants and bars right around the corner
Parking a car was an added fee, the price for the hotel itself was high
Location was perfect. Hot tub and swimming pool.
$26 for parking. I'm sure it was advertised as such, but I've never seen a hotel charge for parking, so fun surprise. Maria Shriver sign encouraging (or guilt tripping) you to tip the people who clean your rooms. The hotel could just pay them more....
Low ceilings. Small shower.
Design & location
Close to everything, rooms and hotel were clean and well organized. Cleaning personnel were very friendly.
Getting from garage to hotel was a bit confusing and not properly signed. Staff could have explained procedures with check in/ check out better.(billing credit card without letting us know or providing a bill). Hotel bar/restaurant area could use a little revamping & finesse but overall rating was good.
Two items would have made the stay perfect; a mini-fridge and movies on demand. These seem like small things, but with the family along, they were missed. For no other reasons, I will investigate other hotels in the area for my next stay.
No mini fridge, view of the parking lot, people screaming in the halls at 3am
Rooms were spotless and love the location
$26 for parking for one day is just a rip off
Easy walking access to the river walk, Statehouse and historic areas/
I like the hotel itself. It was clean and the room was a comfortable size.
The routine to check-in was extremely frustrating. You had to get your room key to get into the 15 minute parking to unload your car but they only provide 4 spots to park in for the all of the guests checking in. This will prevent us from staying there again.
The people, friendly, helpful... feels like a family.
The people working there is what made it special. Well done to the management!
It was an enjoyable stay
The room was nice, modern and clean.
The parking information was not accurate on your site. You quoted $22.00 a night to park. They advised that it was currently $26.00. We parked it ourselves in the public parking area for $20.00. Since we checked in late (10:30 PM) they only had a handicap accessible room with a (requested) king bed. It was late and I didn't want to go back to the desk haggle. I used to travel on business a lot and I don't like the HC bathrooms especially the showers. Although the location was good for departing in the AM and getting right on the highway (I-95 S), traveling to it on the night of July 5th, with current street construction and traffic from the fireworks display, took us 45 mins., once we left I-95.
Location was excellent, providence is a very nice city with small town feel
The pool was dirty, hot tub was cold and did not heat up in the 2 days we were there
Noisy (air conditioning and noise from outside room).
I thought an extra $25 for parking was excessive on top of paying more than $200 for the room.
