Everything was great

Location was great. It had 5 bars/restaurants under it and it was a short walk to the mall and Federal Hill.

We were on the second floor adjacent to a busy street. Very noisy!

The contemporary style and atmosphere. Great facilities the wifi connection throughout the hotel and the computers available for use. The lounge/ lobby area was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the hotel from the front desk to to housekeeping and to the bistro. Well done !

Parking when we arrived was limiting and the charge. We feel that as a guest at the hotel parking should be included.

I really loved the king sofa rm. I felt like I was in a studio apartment. Booked through booking.com. I requested an extra night and the Marriot matched the offer. I would definately stay here again and I would recommend it to a friend.

The front desk person(I think Chris was his name) went above & beyond in checking us in and changed our room to better suit our needs at the same cost. Location is excellent as we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

I don't like that we did not have a fridge or microwave in the room. Those were listed on the amenities for tho establishment and they were not.

We loved the central location. Our 24-year-old daughter stayed with us on Friday night because she had a wedding at PC/Biltmore on Saturday. We went to RiRa on Friday night and Capital Grille on Saturday night and it was so convenient to be so close. My only negative comment was the sound of the traffic outside of our window. Next time I will request an inside room.

Location. Within walking distance of all of our destinations. Convenience to restaurants and activities.

The entrance was a difficult incline for my 90 year old relative. I would have appreciated an elevator to the street.

Clean bright accommodations. Helpful staff.

The daily parking was very expensive - I would have stayed at another hotel had I known prior to booking about the additional parking charge of $78 for three nights.

They were extremely nice and accomodating with both early check in and late check out. The hotel was centrally located, quiet and clean.

Lack of comforter on bed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The indoor pool was much smaller than expected. Also having a Starbucks inside the hotel is great but the prices were outrageous.

It's location. Everything within walking distance. Rarely drove. I had a spacious room with lots of windows. Parking was very convenient. Breakfast was good, but costly.

The only complaint I have is the discovery of a dirty towel and dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor. Made me question Courtyard's quality control on cleanliness.

I love the service and the hospitalityfromthe staff and the amenities were awesome.

Good sized room, comfortable, central location. Good breakfast.

The car parking fees are extortionate. If you are only staying over night the street parking is free from 6pm to 8am and there are plenty of places.
