Convenient to the airport, secured parking, free Wi-Fi, quiet room, friendly staff, happy to let me have a late check-out, offered to return my rental car early and then shuttle me to the airport upon check-out. Overall, a really great option for me. Ice machine only operational on the ground floor, but that's a tiny gripe. :)

Good facilities, close to airport Error in booking system resulted in 10 min wait at check-in. The staff had trouble moving my reservation from a king-sized bed (not available, but requested) to a double bed room. Then, the next morning, the bill sent to me differed in amount from what I had agreed to via booking.com. The staff corrected this immediately, but I was still puzzled as to why this happened.

The staff were all friendly and helpful! The location close to the airport was very convenient taking less than ten minutes for a shuttle trip. The hotel also had a service which let us take the shuttle to a location within three miles and then call for pick up when we were ready to return to the hotel.

A welcoming staff ready to do whatever was needed to make the stay a good one At the desk Jennifer helped to put our rooms together so that it would be convenient for us In our ground floor rooms we were unaware of the flights from either the commercial airport or the military airstrip !! Good/convenient setup for the "boarding pass" process Location on Broadway with ready access by car to everything we were interested in.. restaurants, parks & walking paths, art galleries, Central Market, beautiful neighborhoods, etc. Having the Starbucks Bistro commercial venue in the Lobby leaves complimentary Coffee OUT of what is provided.. except for the economy style single cup coffee brewer in each room The Bistro DOES offer some tasty items..
