I liked everything
Our first room had A/C trouble that could not be resolved so we had to move to another room. The 2nd room was perfect for rest of the stay.
Close to all attractions, restaurants and shops! The room was very clean.
The front entrance can be kept cleaner at all times. A first good impression is important.
Clean establishment & good location
The room was beutiful and so was the view the bed was greatness the hotel was in a great location
They had no smoking rooms and everything in the hotel was extremely pricey over charge for everything
The staff has got to be the worst and most unfriendly bunch of folks I have ever met. We are on the road 70 percent of the time and so our lives revolve around hotels and the staff becomes part of our family. These staff would be hard to fit into our family. Friendless is a must
Not enough drinking water fountains
They don't like booking by third party
Very expensive for the amenities it's offering
Location is right next to the beautiful Riverwalk and in downtown.
No onsite parking and I had to pay $31/day for valet parking since all the surrounding parking garages were "Full" and only available for valets
Front desk staff was friendly and informative. Housekeeping very friendly and accomodating. Great view from room.
Valet parking. Inconvenient to retrieve items from car and too expensive.
Little far for my wife to have to walk to get to the river. She walks with canes. We made it though.
Didn't like that I had to wait 1 hr to get into my room didn't like that they put me in the wrong room didn't like that the blankets smelled like arm pits very used didn't sleep all night the towel room was right beside our room n too much noise n laughter !!!
The location was excellent. The room was beautiful.
I don't think it was worth $179 but I would def.. come back and stay again.
Location was great, the back of the hotel goes right out to the River Walk with lots of restaurants and shopping. Nearby to convention center and Historical sites.
Disappointed in the fact that there was not much choice for food in the Hotel, although the Bistro was nice I feel they should offer more variety of food and be open for the majority of the day . The hotel should offer continental breakfasts with room stay. Gym facilities are ok, nothing spectacular , some of the machines need maintenance and pool needs to be cleaned, unfortunately pool area is overshadowed by other hotel and does not get much sun. Overall hotel was just ok , I think with some improvement with above suggestions would make this a better hotel
The staff. Being close to Riverwalk. The cafe.
We were told the room that deaf people used was the only room available. We are not deaf. It was by the work out room and there was a lot of noise. Being charged $31 for parking. No local channels on TV. Bad picture on TV.
Cleanliness, staff, bistro & comfort of room
Cost of parking
The room is clean The accessibility is great Although this hotel does not have hotel parking they put a great valet service. =)
this hotel do not have in the building hotel parking.
Great location, great price, great staff, comfortable, great view and very clean
Clean and nice. Needed to use key to get in front door off street. Felt safe.
Parking situation is the pits. Never again. $31 a day. Unlimited in and out but wait wait wait. Loud group was rude and noisy way after proper time up in our hall. Go outside or back to the riverwalk!
I like everything about this hotel and location.
I think the price was a little high.
The staff and location.
Pool area was too small. And the wifi was very weak. Valet was to expensive so we parked around the block in a parking garage for $9 a day. Stayed 3 days and it only cost $27.
