The lobby was great, very comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly, including the staff at the bistro.

Floors could have been cleaner, would like to have seen the room and hallways vacuumed during our stay.

We booked a regular guestroom with 2 queen beds and ended up in a handicap room which isn't a big deal but I like to show up to what I booked to, not changes without asking me!

    Location

No bellboy, they were advertising "ice" on every floor (NOT TRUE), the vent in the bathroom was so thick with dust and lint?, microwave only at the front desk

The rooms were very nice & spacious. The facility was nice & clean overall.

I didn't like that the room didn't get cooler than 68. It felt stuffy. Also the Jacuzzi made our group I'll due to high levels of chlorine. The hotel kept our bleached garments for reimbursement, but the smell was in our skin. It triggered asthma, headache, itchy skin.

I generally like Marriots, but this one was not that great. It was the same high Marriot price, without any of the great Marriot amenities, like the heavenly bed. Plus, they charge $18 a night for parking. I expect that kind of a charge in an urban area, but this place is pretty far outside the city (about a 15-20 minute ride from downtown). Space isn't a premium here, and I don't think the half a dozen other hotels nearby charge for parking. But worst of all: a burning smell was coming out of air conditioning unit one night, and when we called the desk, it took them about a half an hour to respond. And they wouldn't give us a new room. That was distressing. .

We were able to see the fireworks at Seaworld from our room. It was pretty cool. Our little guy loved that.

We felt that $18 for parking was a but excessive, but what can you really do. We would stay there again regardless.

No surprises; we expected a good Courtyard experience -- and that's what we had.

Parking was manageable but tight. Breakfast program was good for people who are working, as well as for the kids who were able to get what they needed easily and within the building.

We found the hotel to be centrally located to Mission Beach, Coronado, Petco and Gaslamp. Staff was friendly and attentive and the hotel was very clean.

I needed last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate me and my daughter in the most efficient, friendly way. Very professional staff. They were very generous with a couple of free drink coupons and discounts on other things when they didn't need to be. I really appreciate that! I have worked in a hotel for 4 years so I know what to look for and I was very impressed.

Nothing other than the lobby and gym.and wifi

The extra chargés applied and the predeposit fées outrages...no Bell desk had to carry our own luggage...the rooms Were not that great as expected on pictures. Or the pool very small. Not appealing at all as shown in pictures .the parking fee..and to get in an out of parking was à nightmare. The parking cards would not work had to go back to desk and ask for new one everytime i wanted to leave parking structure. The parking spots Were very compact and tight. I will not stay there again...

The facility was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The hotle was very clean and modern.

The cost of breakfast was outrageous. I would expect at least two meal vouchers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Scenery. Affordability - value for money for rooms.

There wasn't much variation in the dinner menu. The restaurant closed too early.

Very clean and very comfortable bed.

How about breakfast included in the hotel rate that is decent, and has the same varieties as offered by the cafe? The line at the cashier was annoying since the cafe's cooks were quite unmatched by the long lines of folks who wanted breakfast. Had it been a sit down restaurant, there would be more waiters, we would be sitting down, instead of lining up. It was a mismatch to all of the excellent features.

The hotel was mazing for the given price. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and so was the restaurant. Had the delicious bistro burger for lunch and loved the food in general. Small things like a laundry room and boarding pass printout facility were very convinient. Overnight parking was resonably priced ($18). They allowed me to check in a 2-3 hours earlier. Though I was travelling single, it seemed to be a good place for families as well. Not too far from the city. Will visit again for sure.

The walls separating rooms were really thin. I could hear the people next door very clearly!!
