The hotel is in South San Francisco. For new visitors of San Francisco, this is important to know but it does not mean that the hotel is very far away; you can reach the downtown in 15-20 mins. Hotel is nice, comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I guess this is biggest plus and value of the hotel .. Congratulations.!! The breakfast is simple but nice. We liked it. Hotel is calm and this really important after a tiring day in San Francisco. We slept well. Not a really minus but just a small remark .. >> The price is not too high and acceptable for hot season but I guess better rate may be possible in spring or in fall.

the person that check us in was great, rooms clean but small, the evening clerk was rude, what you call a breakfest or dinning area was a joke, and you should have seperate times for children and adults at the pool and hot tub area. didn't get to enjoy the pool because of all the children in the area.

Friendly and helpful staff No room service or continental breakfast. Too few rooms with ocean views. Rooms looked a bit outdated and dowdy. Felt too much like a business atmosphere than a family or vacation stay.
