Very few food options outside the hotel other than fast-food outlets, and the only food option within the hotel is a Starbucks cafe, which seems closed mosf of the time.

"Included" Wifi was quite slow, but you could read email on it. There's a better version you could get for 6$/day, but I didn't. Good luck parking the car for 24 hours in SF ... costs 60$ at the hotel and 29$ in the Moscone Parking. Or, you can park on the side of the street, but you'll have to move the car every 2-3 hours to a different parking spot. Also, staying at Marriott you feel ripped off with every tip they make you feel you owe them: tip for the room cleaning, tip for the guy giving you a baggage trolley... and, curiously, even tip for the "included" breakfast -- they make you sign a receipt with the "included" breakfast listed for 20 USD and a tip field, and say they actually won't deduct it from the card, as it's included. But they do deduct the tip.
Like all other Marriott hotels, it was clean and had everything you would expect.

Cost is high but perhaps due to city standards.
Comfortable bar area and room
March 6, 2015
valet parking is the ONLY choice and 59.00,ridiculous. Staff was rude. Beds were not comfortable. pool is located at the bottom of hotel. You need to pass busy lobby and conference rooms to get there, very uncomfortable.

The location is good, since it's a bit farther from Tenderloin and Market St, while still being within walking distance from Chinatown and the Financial District. A rich breakfast buffet provides you with multiple choices regarding your morning meals. There's also a Starbucks coffee shop at ground floor.

Squeaky bed!! (Only when I turned over obviously, nothing naughty going on, honest!)
Lovely staff, good bar with nice bar snacks. Room was a bit dated, but free filter coffee was great. Bath and strong shower, but I would have preferred an adjustable shower head.

Staff was rude for the price you pay should ad least have a complimentary breakfast instead its 19.99 breakfast
The bed was comfortable

My boyfriend is an army vet and I work as a dispatcher for the police department. We were asked on a few occasions for our key card proof we were staying there. Little did they know..we believe it was due to both of us being heavily tattooed. Besides that it was a great time.
We enjoyed the comfort and the view. It was easy to get around a taxi was there at all times. Great location.
