Location was great for attending a giants games.
Parking price was high.
It was a great location, small enough and quiet. The room was tasteful and the beds were welcoming after a late night. The bar and outdoor seating in the evening was perfect end of the night. We will be back.
The halls were a bit dingy and the carpet was a bit dated.
Was located within walking distance to bars dining stores. Also has parking available great place will return
Bar didn't open until 4:30 or dining. Should have happy hour on weekends
Good food and service
Away from public transport
Central location to public transport and CBD Assistance and geniality of the staff
Closeness to at &t Helpful staff Good size rooms
Location , room size , bar , lobby .
No pool .
Bed was comfortable. Like that its walking distance from alot of things.
Per night Cost. Parking Fee is High. Cleaning Staff interruptions even with DO NOT DISTURB on door.
Location Cleanliness Most staff were helpful
Forgot razor and front desk made me come down to lobby to pickup instead of delivering to my room (no rush either). For $400+ a night they could have sent somebody up with a razor.
The location is central to the best of downtown and the lobby area is nice and comfy. In addition our room was a good night rest with a view of some of the new construction going on in SF. There was sooooo much construction but our room was nice and quite.
Most every night when we got back from events we would find the lobby bar closed after 11pm. Who does that? On a Saturday night!
Great location! Great staff! Easy check in!
Wish we could have opened a window on the upper floor...if only just a crack!
Everything except parking
Valet parking is difficult entrance
Location was perfect for walking to AT&T Park, restaurants, easy access to freeway, quiet, great city view, spacious room; though only four inches, the window actually opened for fresh air.
Valet was hectic and confusing; cars going both ways and in and out of the same driveway. Small vanity in the bathroom area. Expensive breakfast buffet, just the basics, though the wait staff was very friendly and very professional.
Beds very comfortable.
The valet parking at 1 am was understaffed. We had to get out of car, find someone then they told us to leave our car on the street with our keys in it!
We loved that the staff was helpful about how to get around in the city.
We didn't like that the booking needn't have the right information about how meany people could have breakfast . Add said all of your children but when we got there they said only two of my children could eat. I gave them the add and after a long talk they let all my children eat!! I later found out we weren't the only family it happend to but the manger was helpful and they fixed the problem !
Good helpful staff. Nice open lobby. Valet parking crew was super fast. Bed was super nice!!
Restroom was very basic. Construction noise from high rise buildings in same area. Water in room was $3.50 extra per bottle in a room that cost $300.00 plus a night...Really....
We liked the hotel pretty much, the staff was extremely pleasent.
No cheese were on the breakfast. The menu would have been more extensive including the variety of chees.
it was close to the ball park
price was as much as 4-star hotel
The location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety each morning. Hotel was clean and well kept.
Rooms were dark and poorly lit. We got our room at a roughly 50% last minute discount and it still seemed crazy expensive for such a basic hotel room. Things like the bottled water being charged at $3.25 a bottle is absurd when paying $200-$300 per night...
Car service was fast and courteous. Bartender was friendly.
1. Pool was a joke. A teeny pool in a very small glum room. I couldn't even stay in the tiny room because the chlorine smell was intoxicating. 2. Front desk told my husband there were no changing tables in the men's bathroom, so he went to a discreet booth in the very small and pathetic restaurant to change our daughter, where he was belittled by a server who informed him that there was, in fact, a changing table in the bathroom. 3. Our 1 bedroom suite looked nothing like the picture offered and the carpets were dirty and had bleach spots. 4. In the room next to ours were very very loud teenagers smoking Marijuana non stop. 5. We had no linen service. 6. The one free cable channel offered for children did not come in. The pay channels for children also did not work. We notified the front desk, they could not have care any less. Not rude, just indifferent.
The place quiet and closer downtown
The outlet fot charger computet or phone it"s bad and the t.v. channels its only pay
The location, not a good area , didn't feel safe leAving the hotel at night...
