Bathroom needs remodel. Cracked floor tiles, dingy shower, small sink area
Arrangements were easy and everything was done to accommodate us.
The staff at this hotel are wonderful. From the housekeepers, to valet staff and especially the restaurant staff, at breakfast. Lovely, Lovely ladies.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The entire property was very clean and extremely beautiful.
The Valet Parking was a mess. Had to wait entirely too long to retrieve my vehicle when I needed it. Only one Valet Attendant working when they probably needed 3.
Front desk personnel.
In house breakfast
Good location, central to Historic District
Run down rooms, musty smell.
We went for weekend and our study at Courtyard was wonderful. It was in great location. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Elevators were a little noisy.
I did not stay there. This was a resident we had to displace.
The check in process was terrible. First after I booked and stopped by to make sure everything was okay and was told it was. The when the quest checked in I was told my company card did not go through. Then when I gave my personal card. After multiple swipes. It was declined by the company because they had approved the first swipe. So I had to call the card company and they had to walk the manager through correcting things on his end. It was the eveing of my birthday so it was not a good experience. When the guest checked out they would not give her a copy of the bill nor would they fax it. I had to go and pick it up.
Very chaotic lobby, not well designed and in need if renovation. Hotel room was very small for a "suite " and the furniture layout was very odd. TV was on the side of the bed not the end and the bed was really hard.
Inviting Lobby nice tough with tea and water and newspepers
Mandatory valet parking....silly with a parking garage right next door to have to deal with calling and waiting and also the 18 charge a day
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Friendliness n helpful staff
Comfort of the room.
Needs soda machines. They ran out of drinks for such a large motel.
The staff was great, good team of service professionals.
The towels weren't great (kind of ratty) but you probably have a new batch on the way. I'll stay again!
The bed was fantastic! The hostess at breakfast was most hospitable. Lounge areas were inviting, comfortable.
Shampoo appeared to be half used rather than a new bottle. Other essential toiletries were obviously new.
This was by far the best hotel stay we have ever had.....The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean.
location: easy to reach by car (valet parking is 15$ per day) and walking distance to city center swimming pool: small but nice nice room
The staff could not have been nicer. They were helpful, and courteous. We ha s a wonderful time. You know things are great when you miss seeing the staff . The concierge staff are wonderful, we'll really miss talking with Ms . Sharon. The kids are already planning our next visit.
