Nice sized room, including the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.
Beds seemed to be doubles rather than the queens we are used to having. Would like to have pet friendly rooms
the location is good, staff are friendly, and everything turned very well, highly recommend.
We were just in Seattle overnight and the Courtyard Seattle was perfect - good location (even has some pubs/restaurants close by), friendly staff, good price (except for parking price)
Parking was over $30/day. If we'd been staying any longer than a day, this price would have made me choose a different hotel
We liked that the hours of the pool and hotub were longer hours than most hotels.
Picture quality of tv wasnt good.
Location, friendly and helpful staff. Car rental available at the hotels lobby.location and surrounding makes our trip memorable to be remembered
No kettle in the room.
it is a good location .
There was no free wifi and the pillows were uncomfortable.
Location close to Lake Union and the boat cruises as well as proximity to Space Needle. Cheap $10 taxi ride into town and you find yourself slap bang in the middle of Seattle city nightlife. The hotel was busy but the rooms were quiet (no silly parties or rowdy people) and on my trip in late 2014 Nov/Dec the outside temperatyre was bitterly cold but you could guarantee warmth the second upon entering the hotel reception. Indoor pool area great for kids. breakfast buffet was food with quite a few choices and very helpful and friendly staff thus making the day start well. Bedrooms come with a bar is ta style coffee maker which was novel but the coffee was lovely. A fridge and telly, Internet hard wire and wifi connection and a bed which was very comfortable and huge. Shower and toilets good and clean. plenty of information leaflets on the floors to help tourists and knowledgeable attentive reception staff who were only too happy to help ensure my stay was a wonderful one. They have a mini 24 hr food and coffee and eatery shop so when bar is closed and a sarnie or piece of fruit or ready made porridge meal is fancied then head down to reception and it's there for you 24/7. perhaps a tad expensive though i did travel over 27th Nov which is their Thanksgiving but overall a fantastic hotel with lovely staff in a great location.
I do wish bacon would be non crispy. It was a trait I found throughout my stay that bacon tends to be over cooked.
The staff was great. The pool is fantastic. Was disappointed that I did not get a complementary breakfast which I was told came with the room. I heard some other people down to breakfast with the same complaint.
Not having a complementary breakfast considering the price I paid for the room. I don't think I've ever stayed in the courtyard before and did not get a free breakfast so I was very disappointed with that.
Very nice visit. Great staff ?
The lounge closing at 10 pm on a Saturday evening.
Location, clean, functional rooms, nice fireplace in bar lobby.
Wish on site parking was free to residents. Also would be nice to have breakfast included in room rate as many other hotels offer.
View of the lake was beautiful especially at night with the Christmas ships. Very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities with laundry facility, gym, pool, market, restaurant & bar. Convenient location. It really was a perfect night and I hope to stay here again.
It was close in location to our son's house in Queen Anne.
Room was too warm for sleeping, but air conditioner was both noisy and dried the air out too much. A suggestion would be to keep the rooms between 60 and 65 which would allow the customer to adjust up or down quickly. This would also save energy.
The location and the beds
The parking fee and especially having to pay for breakfast when most other hotels have the same for free!
cleanliness, friendly housekeeping staff
poor rehab...bathroom door only opened 1/2 way; too noisy...late guests, motors cycling; traffic noise, add'l charges for parking and various taxes; front desk staff didn't know about ferry system; 7th fl ice maker ooo 3 days; smoke alarm light right over bed?... No one is checking!
Location across road from Kenmore Air Terminal, general atmosphere. breakfast and dining facilities, ability to leave cases whilst we went by floatplane to Victoria.
Noisy during night with dustbins being emptied in the street outside window.
Decent breakfast buffet at a fair price.
Expensive soft drinks and no machines. Only plastic glasses in room, like a cheap motel. Complaints to the housekeeping department and front desk had no effect. Questionable management. Not a very good value.
Location to the activities we attended as great.
Requested a lake view; hotel indicated sold out on check-in so no room available. Room windows sealed so not able to get fresh air for the nights sleep.
It's location at the south end of Lake Union was perfect for a getaway with our two young grandsons to the Seattle Center,Space Needle and other Seattle adventures. They loved the indoor pool. There also was a nice park across the street on the lake.
Overall very good
Extra charge for parking
This hotel is located in a great location just carlos from the Lake. Having a view of the space needle from our room was a bonus. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. I took the hotel's SUV to take me back to the airport for a $40 flat fee. Highly recommend this vs the expensive cab which can be upwards to $55-$60 one way. This is a great hotel and would definitely go back again.
It was close to Downtown and the Space Needle. Very clean, and staff was very helpful.
It was really pricey, but we found out later that there was a Video Game Conference in town, so I am sure that was part of it. Also, we had to pay for parking daily.
No Free BREAKFAST
The rooms were very clean and basic.
The pool was freezing. I'm ised to a cold pool, an olympic training pool kept cool for the athletes who use it. The hotel's "leisure pool" was too cold to stand even with vigorous swimming. My group selected the hotel for it's location and pool. The pool was frigid. The location was okay, it was pretty close to the space needle but not close enough to walk to on a rainy day. Also the waterfront pictures don't look anything like the real thing. The location is not beautiful.
We loved the view. And, the convenience of the pool and spa. The staff was very friendly.
The food and the fact that there is very limited room service. We like to get breakfast in our room. And, the fact that I booked our room with a view and when I got there to check in, they told us there would be an additional $20.00 fee each night for a room with the view. We did not think that was fair at all!!!! I may even have to dispute that one. And, the fact that there wasn't a convenience store nearby. The hotel had a small store in the lobby, but it didn't have what we wanted.
