It's location at the south end of Lake Union was perfect for a getaway with our two young grandsons to the Seattle Center,Space Needle and other Seattle adventures. They loved the indoor pool. There also was a nice park across the street on the lake.
Overall very good
Extra charge for parking
This hotel is located in a great location just carlos from the Lake. Having a view of the space needle from our room was a bonus. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. I took the hotel's SUV to take me back to the airport for a $40 flat fee. Highly recommend this vs the expensive cab which can be upwards to $55-$60 one way. This is a great hotel and would definitely go back again.
It was close to Downtown and the Space Needle. Very clean, and staff was very helpful.
It was really pricey, but we found out later that there was a Video Game Conference in town, so I am sure that was part of it. Also, we had to pay for parking daily.
No Free BREAKFAST
The rooms were very clean and basic.
The pool was freezing. I'm ised to a cold pool, an olympic training pool kept cool for the athletes who use it. The hotel's "leisure pool" was too cold to stand even with vigorous swimming. My group selected the hotel for it's location and pool. The pool was frigid. The location was okay, it was pretty close to the space needle but not close enough to walk to on a rainy day. Also the waterfront pictures don't look anything like the real thing. The location is not beautiful.
We loved the view. And, the convenience of the pool and spa. The staff was very friendly.
The food and the fact that there is very limited room service. We like to get breakfast in our room. And, the fact that I booked our room with a view and when I got there to check in, they told us there would be an additional $20.00 fee each night for a room with the view. We did not think that was fair at all!!!! I may even have to dispute that one. And, the fact that there wasn't a convenience store nearby. The hotel had a small store in the lobby, but it didn't have what we wanted.
Easy reach of downtown shopping and Pike's market via the trolley car. Walks around the lake and restaurant accesibility were great. Staff was very helpful in giving recommendations and aiding in connections.
Location is ideal for attending performances at McCaw Hall and visiting the Seattle center. Lovely surrounding by the Lake Union. Quiet and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds.
A little out of the way for downtown. You need a car. Parking at the hotle is expensive but secure. One can park across the street , free on the weekend. But because we were attending the opera, it is the perfect location.
Location, location, location! Very nice. Underground hotel parking for my daughter Lobby and staff. They were wonderful!
More comfortable beds. Have slept on better hotel beds. Would have preferred a free van service to the airport for the price... Maybe a free downtown map in room
Loved the proiximity to very good restaurants on Lake Union. Within walking distance. Also convenience of the streetcar into the heart of Seattle!
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel, staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant!
Room was clean and staff friendly
Parking fee though didn't become an issue in this trip since we were there late Sat into Sunday (free) for street parking.
Lobby was very nice and spacious, pool was in good shape, staff very friendly
Faucet leaked onto countertop, tub slow to drain, bed a bit worn, room on the small side.
The room was Nice and comfy
I did not like looking out the window and seeing a brick building and I did not like the price of parking
The hotel was nice and had a great view. Very luxurious feel.
The price was quite deceiving. $25 to park plus a parking tax on top of that? So $31 to park? And the parking lot was way over crowded and hard to maneuver in. My room listed for $109 and I paid $158. $49 more than what it listed for. I was very disappointed. Won't stay there again.
Nice lake view. Front desk staff friendly and professional. Location close to downtown core.
Not included in the booking price: Parking fees ( $25/day + $5.50/day Parking Tax) Front desk mentioned the $25/day fee, but not the tax at check-in. Cleaning staff started knocking on doors around 9:30am, we were still in bed. Tried to open the door too.
The views were beautiful. The accessibility to downtown was nice.
Room cleaning took a while to come.
This hotel is 5 minutes from where my daughter and her husband live so it's very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed a fun spa night in my room with yummy room service! Great Stay and I'll be back.
Good Facilities within the hotel and good tasting food
We booked a city view room and got a view of a building instead, when we complained we were offered an upgraded room at a charge. Over priced parking facility considering you are away from the city centr itself
Room was great, staff was polite and friendly especially in the restaurant and room service the best I have ever experienced.
Having to pay $20 per day for parking and it is not like there is any other choice .. I think it would be far more appropriate to raise the rates and include the parking. I was on a daily allowance and was not aware of the parking charge when I made my reservation..
Handicap room, breakfast, The friendly and very willing staff.
No coffee in lobby, low seating In lobby that was hard to get out of. Rather ordinary looking Lobby.
They sell rooms as "citiview". The view is on oposite wall of another building approx. 100 feet. No claims. Don't buy "citiview" room!!! The surroundings are not like on the pictures provided by tha hotel
Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean.
Double beds too small!! Old bathrooms, single sink. Picture online made it appear that the property was on the lake, not across a highway.
