Staff was nice and friendly. Stayed the night there because we had dinner reservations across town.
There was the most awful sulfur-ish smell in the room. I'm sure the staff would have accommodated us if we would have informed them but we basically checked in - got dressed and left- slept for 6 hours - checked out
We had cdifficulty getting our room cleaned. One day at 4 Pm the room was not cleaned and no new towels. We called for towels. The next day we returned to our room at 8 and all the dirty towels were on the floor and unmade. Called housekeeping and received no response so called the operator just to get cleans towels. The room was excellent but not getting the service we paid for was disappointing.
Staff were great. Easy to find and get to.
Room dusty. Breakfast late. Printer at the 1 out of 3 did not work so could not print any boarding passes or confirmations. We loath and detest paper cups.
Furnishings, location near Woodinville.
We paid in advance for non-cancellable reservation for a King with sofa bed and indicated we would arrive late. We were given a standard King instead. This kind of breech of contract doesn't happen in other countries (eg Europe).
The king bed was definitely large and comfortable. Electrical outlets were at table level at bedside. Quiet. Not the typical hotel furnishings, but more luxurious and well designed for the space. Easy checkout. Bistro available in lobby with Starbucks service. Excellent location.
being able to get a quality breakfast at the hotel
too long of hallway to get to room
Good location for Sixty Acres games/tournaments
Too much road noise if room on 124th street side - could use better windows with more sound proofing. Most hotels near soccer facilities (e.g., Starfire) include a full breakfast!
Employees were very helpful. Location is very convenient. Nice indoor pool so useable year-round.
We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and although the parking lot was full, the hotel was extremely quiet. Our rooms were clean, modern and nice. We will stay here again when in Kirkland.
Although the location is in a busy part of the city, it seemed quiet. Everything about the hotel was calming. Reeve was SO helpful and informative. Starbucks!
All staff were excellent -front desk, maids -bartenders, waitstaff, supervisors all very pleasant and professional
disappointed and surprised that we had to pay for breakfast
Modern, clean, no smoke smell, quiet, convenient.
Nothing we did not like
The breakfast the pool and gym is small.
Room condition is like new, bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.
Everything was great - however it was hard to relax when unsupervised children are running around everywhere. We were unable to enjoy the pool because it.
My husband and I stayed for our anniversary weekend while visiting the wineries in Woodinville. Beautiful Hotel - from the courtyard to the rooms it was very clean and serene. The food served was amazingly great and our server was an absolute GEM - it was very relaxing and what we needed.
No Guide on the TV to see what shows were on so you had to flip through them all The wi-fi wouldn't stay connected on my phone The beds were a little too soft for my back
The room was clean.
The parking lot was full so we had to park next door. There were no drinking glasses in the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable. There was a typical sign in the bathroom about hang your towel if you want to reuse it and save water. We hung our towels but the maids took them and gave us new ones every day anyway!
We stayed here with a large wedding/family party, and we were pleasantly surprised at how updated it was, how wonderful the beds and pillows were, and how great the huge lobby was.
We wished we had breakfast included like many other local hotels. The café was nice but pricey for numerous meals.
Good location, very nice facility
The room was wonderful, the bed very comfortable, and the location was very easy to find being it was my first time to the area.
The burger, although nothing was wrong with it, just left me jilted in paying $12 for a good hamburger. Being a chef, I understand some of the reasons for a higher price, however, the hummus I had was much more pleasing and at what I though was a good price especially considering the location. The cover on the ironing board also did not stay on, it slid around but it served it's function well enough, not the easiest thing to work with.
Big comfortable bed in a spacious room. Sofa, desk, nice bathroom with hairdryer. Microwave and frig. Quiet.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The grandkids loved the pool and that they were able to use the computers.
The breakfast left a little to be desired. Hash browns were very dry. The second day I tried a scone which was not very fresh.
Easy to find
Asked for a quiet room and ended up with screaming children on both sides..also wondered why a maintenance man was using a leaf blower at midnight throughout the grounds. And don't dare get a cocktail at the bar - $8.50 for a measured no-name vodka cranberry...ouch!
Breakfast area and Starbucks coffee available and rooms look really nice.
Surprised that there wasn't a hair blower in the bathroom. I don't travel with one because there is one.
