Location, helpful staff, comfortable room, great bed.
No free breakfast.
Great location. Clean hotel. Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Having to take 2 elevators to get from room to street was weird. No free parking.
As a retired firefighter, I know that the fire escape stairs need to be air pressurized so that it can remain free from smoke in an emergency, but the pressurized breeze whistling through the door on the 7th floor was very loud, and could be heard all night.
Very pleasant and polite, greeting was above average.
Close to office and dinner options
The cleanliness. The location. The price. The rest of the amenities.
My room was not booked here... They transferred me to other location... Without notice... And without compensating on anything...
I was very pleased with the stay. Great location. Easy staff. Clean and comfortable room and bed.
Slightly confusing to have lobby on 3rd floor and garage on 5th floor (when in fact they are the same level).
The location is pretty good to the Metro Station for trips into DC. Car Parking is free at weekends.
The location is nice. The beds were very comfortable and the Bistro was nice and convenient.
This was a challenging stay. I am a long time Courtyard member, but this was not a good stay. Bernard at the front desk was short and irritable. He was unclear with explanations and seemed bothered when I asked for clarification e.g. how to get to the 2nd floor (that he identified as the floor with the pool) when there was no 2nd floor on the elevator, and if the Courtyard had a separate paring lot. The room smelled of smoke, the wi-fi did not work. I must mention I was offered to change rooms once it was confirmed that the wi-fi would probably not work for the entire weekend. However it was later and I'd already unpacked.... in no mood for repacking and changing rooms. This was all topped off with the printer not working to print my boarding pass. Kate at the front desk was very kind and tried to help but there was no ink in any of the printers on site....Whew!!! this was simply a tough stay.
