The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable.

The circle to get into the hotel was a little confusing at first.

Close to usc upstae where I was attending a buniess meeting

The noise level was not acceptabvle- I was in room 237 and the person or persons above got up at 5am - so the insulation between floors is poor - also walking in the hallway felt like I was walking on plywood and that the floors were temporary - no substance to them - like you guys bought a cheap hotel and just put your name on it - I have had better insulation at Quality Inns for a better price- next time if there is one I forgo close for better construction

Everyone was friendly and professional. I was in town for my father's funeral and the few staff members I told were exceptionally kind and caring.

No microwave

Great location and nice comfortable beds

But not as quiet as some of the cheaper hotels as we could hear running and loud noise from upstairs room but eventually settled down. No tissues in the room or bathroom and the coffee set up is silly. One dry creamer in a package really doesn't work! No vending machines on any floors except for the tiny "store" at the lobby, where softdrinks were twice the price. My mother was my companion during this trip and she wanted me to tell you.
