Room layout was good. Bed placement great because a/c unit not blowing over bed or sofa. Nice towels and shower. Free coffee in morning. Breakfast not included.

Most everything. Was not happy with not being able to book a room with a microwave until we asked upon arrival. We were staying 10 days! It would have been nice to know ahead of time!

All of the staff seemed truly appreciative of our chosing Courtyard. From the ladies at the front desk to the man sweeping the hallways to the man spreading ice melt in the parking lot. Spotless room and bathroom too.Thanks, Courtyard!

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Did not have a microwave or refridgerator. Probably would not have booked this location if I had known that. Also, no breakfast was included. As of currently (2 days after check out) they have an add'L. $41. charged to my card. This should have been fixed immediately.

The price of the weekend was well within our budget and the quality of the hotel was excellent. We have stayed at more so called exclusive hotels in the city center ,and this hotel was equally superb as any we have ever stayed. The staff is friendly and efficient,the room was spacious and very comfortable.The bed was so comfortable we found ourselves finding reasons to go back to the hotel to rest and watch tv.The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed and as this was an anniversary weekend we were thrilled with everything the St Louis Westport had to offer. We will be staying here more often and close to many major areas in St louis. No complaints you have it all together here at the Westport.

The hotel lived up to its name reputation. Although the lobby/front desk is being renovated, the hotel had a well planned alternative way of conducting business. Several areas were converted to handle front desk activities, etc., staff were well trained to support these temporary measures and many went the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable in the facility. Great job, nice facility and clean. Everything was great.

Our room was very clean and modern. Great size and was just what we needed. Only thing was it was very loud when we checked in at the lobby because they had a softball tournament but they made sure that all of the other guests had rooms on different floors and it was not an issue at all.

I am a repeat customer of this hotel ... enjoy the staff (always exceed my expectations) and the facility (even under lobby renovations). No complaints ... have recommended this hotel to colleagues staying in the STL area. It is also convenient to business location.
