Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach  

The room was very comfortable and a had a relaxing vibe and I loved the location even though it wasn't next to the beach, I liked how it wasn't so so busy.

The friendly greeting by staff and the early check in was available to us. Beds were comfortable. The complimentary lemon water was a nice touch. We stayed an older building, was ok but can see the need for updating.

I had sent an email requesting early check in and late check out...I didn't receive a response before hand that this was noted on our reservation. When we arrived we were not sure what to expect. When I booked this hotel it was on the base that there was airport shuttle service and then found out that there wasn't a few weeks before arriving.

The staff was great.

I was placed in a run down section of the hotel. It was plagued with drunks running down the hall banging on the doors at 4 AM. It cost more to park my car for the week than the rental and fuel combined. I was told after my stay there that this hotel was undesirable because this is where the prostitutes hang out in the early morning hours. I would never stay there again.

This hotel is a dump. Small old outdated room, furniture dated and chipped. The sheets on the bed looked to have been laundered but had stains on them, I slept in my clothes and wouldn't walk without shoes on on the filthy carpet. Terrible room, nice looking lobby is the only good thing to say about this place.

The breakfast included in the rate was not really what I expected, just a pastry and filter coffee rather than a meal. Room very small. Parking expensive at $32 per night.

It was awesome that we got put on the top floor. Usually you put in a request and never get results but you guys really did. Awesome view. Customer service was really good and helpful

The attitude of vallet parker. Had a bit of a chip on his shoulder. Only 2 washing machines and one dryer working. Need more for that size resort.

Poor management in customer service -My friends had made a surprise fruit basket gift to be sent to my room on the very first night of our staying here. They had to find out it was never delivered after I returned. Very disappointed with Marriott's ability in handling what customers need! Obviously, some information was lost & I never got anything regarding this incident during our 4 nights staying there. - Also found some over charges in my bill when checking out.

My credit card did not work so they wouldn't let us checkin !! I offered thousands of dollars as a deposit but still no exception whilst 3kids sat in reception for 4hours after a 10hr flight and nobody cared!!! Disgraceful

Rooms, spa and massage were fantastic, reception and staff were excellent, friendly and helpful at all hours of the day - just great.

No all day restaurant; and could have been closer to Waikiki Beach but not much of a problem as lots of restaurants and transportation close by and all within walking distance. To be honest I did not have much time there.

The staff are very friendy and helpful. The front of house staff are very accommodating when ever you need advice or assistance. House keeping made sure that the room was clean up daily , nice ladies

some of the room facilities are very limited. I had trouble with the door locking and phone was an issue with it rining at 3-30am daily . All were attended to by Marriott staff , but should not happen.

location is ideal to Waikiki and convenient to and from the airport where i work.

Dirty dishes in hallway. Pretty loud-traffic and music. Need more desk staff for check-in and it's hard to reach anyone on the phone.

I was concerned about the property after reading reviews & was pleasantly pleased with everything about the hotel. Noise was not an issue as so many reviewers said. But it is a city so there will be some. We closed our windows at night & slept well. Great location. Buses out front. IHop across the street. Staff went out of their way to help whenever approached. I would stay here again.

Fold out couch was very uncomfortable. Our daughter tried sleeping on the couch not open & was crowded. Tried the cushions on the floor didn't work. But saying all this fold out couches are never comfortable, but, if it supposed to be an additional bed you should be able to sleep on it comfortably.

The location is very practical.Close to beach and shopping. We had a short stay of only 2 nights and for this purpose it was fitting very well.Maybe not for a longer stay I would prefer a hotel with larger rooms and a restaurant -which was not available in the hotel - however many close by !

The hotel has a non-smoking policy with 250usd fine for smoking in the rooms... Though someone was making fun of it. I had reported the smell of marihuana (coming from one particular room on my floor) 3 times to the staff, I was ensured they would do something about it, however there wasn't a proper action if any, the smell was there in the hallway whole evening and next day again. Very poor job, guys :(

This hotel is in the perfect location, super quiet at night and offers everything you need.

The rooms are average but if you are looking for a clean safe room in a perfect location I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was a little small and the view is another highrise but otherwise the location a few blocks from the beach is great.

Pools were good, one cold one warm and a spa. Comfortable bed and great linen/pillows. Staff friendly.

We didnt have linen for our fold out sofa which our daughter was sleeping on. Also the tv in our room buzzed had to unplug it to sleep. The tv was too easy to purchase programs our daughter is 4 and managed to work it out quickly, should have some sort of lock or password before the buy screen.
