Located across from upscale shopping on Luxury Row, a 2-minute walk to the Royal Hawaiian Center and a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach, this modern hotel features an on-site restaurant.

Courtesy of Staff. Friendliness. Excellent service of staff. Loved the landscaping by the restaurant! The computers in the lobby were a very nice to have to check emails. Pool was beautiful. Maybe add a water heater to heat the pool seeing that the pool is kinda secluded and not in the sun. But we still enjoyed the pool area. Very nicely landscaped!
Front Kuhio Ave area could be cleaned up. It's a bit smelly. Semi Heated pool would be nice for the months and the time of day that the sun isn't out seeing the pool is hidden away from the direct sun light
Staff were courteous and hardworking, diligent and attentive to my needs. It's accessible to everything including "The Bus" transportation. Hotel amenities were a plus when you just want to kick back and relax.
Parking is exorbitantly priced and tight and has to wait for sometime to get your car. Elevators were slow and sluggish and no indicator where the elevator car is on and what floor. And not enough space in the walkway when the cleaning personnel park their cart.
Friendly staff Hot tub Location Comfortable beds
Great location - close to beach, restaurants & shopping, nice pool area.
Poor service, noisy room
We booked a room for 4 adults. A double bed and 2 singles would have suited us but the best we could do was 2 doubles or a double, a sofa and extra bedding for the floor (with no mattress!!). Why can't hotels offer alternatives for people who want to share (for economic reasons) but don't want to sleep together??
A bit rundown. Could do with a revamp
Mattresses were awful - sofa bed was worn out years ago. Bath room was tiny and shower head leaked. Stayed in "tower" away from main building, needed refurbished badly.
Only a few blocks from the action. Efficient staff, clean rooms, good ac.
Small room, tiny bathroomwith barely enough room to clean yourself. By u.s. Standards the Wi-Fi was poor
Hotel's location. It's 10 minutes walk to Wakiki beach and minutes away from convenient store.
It's quite noisy. The property looks much newer on the photos showed. Room rate paid did not reflect value for money.
They said the couldn't give me a late check out Bcz I wasn't a platinum member
The pool setting with waterfall was pretty for such a central location. Right across the road from a couple of breakfast options.
The restaurant wasn't very inspiring, but there are plenty of other options nearby.
Warm and courteous staff; helpful travel desk.
The sofa cum bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast options can be improved.
bed size and cleanliness. the services from when we came in were super. having Ihop across the street were a plus for us too. maybe a higher floor would be better.
we were on the third level on the street side. there were a lot of noises with the bars around us. and halloween characters walking the streets. but understandable. roomier rooms. not too spacy. still good.
Besides the one lift for twelve floors, everything else was perfect. I'll stay here again in the near future.
Downtown location is noisy, soot filled, expensive and tourist trap focused. Hotel does not tell you when booking that parking your car will cost you $30.00 per day in addition to your room. No views of any kind from any side.
The location was good. Breakfast was great.
Room size was disappointing. (I realize it is an expensive area--have been to Waiki areaa number of times.)
Heated Salt Water Pool
This is not your typical re-branded Courtyard by Marriott. There are two towers and two pools (one with a hot tub attached and the other a heated salt water pool, great for kids!). There is an Italian bistro attached as well as a small coffee cafe' in the lobby that has an amazing Koko Mocha latte (if you're into that kind of thing). There is also a small market behind the front desk that has an arrangement of food, drinks, and sundries, but the selection is limited.
The parking situation is in dire need of a re-vamp. First of all, it is 100% valet only, and the parking charge is quite expensive. The Valets were careless and damaged my rental car by backing it into a tree - very unfortunate circumstance. When I did report it they manager on duty had no clue how to complete the incident report (there wasn't even a blank copy available), so I ended up completing it myself. Luckily they did take full responsibility, and whilst the company is outsourced it does reflect poorly on the hotel if no action is taken.
We were greeted by wonderful front desk staff. The hotel amenities were very good given the value for money we got for accommodation in Waikiki.
There was a lot of street noise throughout the night and the bed was very squeeky. Small annoyances really.
This hotel is close to everything! Clean and very friendly staff so helpful. Central to beach and shopping all the things women like!
It was close to the beach
It was so noisy. We never slept all night with the noise from revellers and the traffic was horrendous.
Everything is good, nothing great except for the price. You can walk everywhere which is a plus.
It's located in Waikiki close enough to most shops and restaurants and keep the enough distant from the busiest area. Super helpful staff to handle my booking with mistaken dates. Terrific value!
Property looked like an old building made up to look like a hotel. Small rooms with small bathroom. Publicity pictures did not reflect the reality. Paying for breakfast was a joke. Initially the front desk said b'fast was not included but when shown included on the booking it turned out to be a pastry and tea/coffee and nothing else. Went across the road instead. Wont stay or recommend this hotel albeit we are Marriott fans.
Spotless Extremely comfortable Excellent customer service Great facilities Very friendly Staff after checking in remembered us each time Good city centre location
No cover for valet parking when loading car in rain
