Very pleasant staff. Bedding and room environment was comfortable and clean. Convenient location to areas of interest during my stay.

Movies were somewhat expensive.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the weekend was excellent. This location is great for shopping and touring the city. There several restaurants for dining. We loved Old Ebbitt Grill on 15th street for dining.

telephone calls rates from hotel are a bit soo steep for this day and age. But this is a problem across all hotels.

It took some time to check in, the staff was overwhelmed with answering phones and dealing with guests. However, they were cool under pressure.

Parking wasn't included in price and was a bit high. The level of chlorine in the pool was so high, my kids couldn't stay in and swim.

Was awoken by drunks in hallway at 3:00 a.m. who were yelling and laughing. Never fell asleep again.

There are a lot of delicious food around this hotel, like coco sala, pie, and panini.also the hotel is close to museums.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, best sleep we've had while travelling, staff were very friendly, great location.

Went for a spa, was not hot enough and no towels, asked for some and they could only provide bath mats to dry ourselves.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, just a block from a subway station and a walk from the most monuments at the National Mall.

It needs more improvement in lobby size wise & decoration ,more restaurants to build , elevator needs to be improved a little bet so we can see levels dashboard inside the lift and last one a complete new SPA is needed to reflect the hotels value .

It is not a luxury hotel but is very good for your price of 110 dollar per night.the rooms is like 4 star hotels.very clean and big enough .very good location within 5 min walk to metro station and 5-10 min walk to attractions(the Hall with all the museums,white house,capitol and manuments).very friendly staff.they let us have an early check in at 12 pm instead of 3 pm.They provide us a free baby crab.The streets nearby are full of resturants and also Zara and h&m for shopping.it has pool and fitness center but I did not use it.If you do not want to pay for breakfast you can have it in the very close Mc Donald in the 7th street within 5 min walk but that Mc Donald has many homeless men and I do not recomment for family. The negative point is the nearby streets at night.you should know that this hotel and all the museums and white house are in downtown.there are many homeless men in the nearby streets.I Do not recomment wallking after 10 P.M. Overally,if you do not have a car and want to be within walking distance to all attractions,it is perfect for you.But if you have a car or you do not mind to pay for taxi and you need a safe and live amenity for night life,,it is not suitable for you and I recomment take hotel in George Town or Dupont circle.

I liked everything! The room was amazing, big and very clean :D Very well located, just oustide the tube station! Few mins to the main attractions! Would defenetly stay there again!
