I loved the convenience of having the Metro right outside the hotel and there were plenty of local shops nearby that were easily accessible by walking. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
I hate elevators and unfortunately it was the only way to get to check-in and the room. There was road construction right outside our room, which wasn't too bad, and the train lines were right there as well, also not too bad.
Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Room and hotel were clean. Location to the Metro was excellellent. Awesome value for the money!
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was wonderful.
No parking. Only valet.
laundry, gym, indoor swimming pool
Close to Metro.
Price was a bit high.
The metro right next door was the greatest feature. The rest was as any good hotel should be.
The neighborhood on at least one side seemed like a warehouse, more like an industrial area.
staff were knd
location and lack of adjoining facilities and facilities within
Being close to the subway station and having parking.
You could not use the pool, which I would have liked to.. It was full of chlorine.
The hotel offered good value for money. The subway and a few take-out stores were easily accessible. The facilities are clean and well maintained while the staff are friendly and helpful.
I was advised not to walk around the hotel after dark as it was not safe. The other Marriott hotels in the City did not have this limitation.
The only positive of this hotel is next to Metro station.
Home less people right next to the hotel. Towels and room are not clean.
clean, new hotel, spacy room, next to metro station, great breakfast, great free internet
were informed that it is in high crime area, so hesitant to go out at night
Location in relation to train station was excellent
The valet parking staff was very pleasant they help me and my family with everything and were nice to my kids also
Vehicle retrieval needed a smoother attention
The internet was slow.
The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was conveniently situated next to the Metro on the Red Line and in a good area, across from the ATF HQ, close to a supermarket and good restaurants.
There was only 1 washer and dryer for the whole of the hotel for guest use. It was in a small unventilated room and security insisted the door was kept closed. With the door closed it was very uncomfortable to remain inside.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The train station outside our room. The neighborhood did not make me feel safe. Lots of panhandling going on right outside the hotel.
The Metro was just a few yards away. Staff was very helpful
Close to train
Unloading and parking
Hotel was new All staff very pleasant Clean room No noise Dark room easy to sleep Comfortable bed
First up we thought the hotel was a bit far from everything. But once we got our bearings we found it close to Union Station which got us everywhere to where we needed to go.
Great location...easy access to Metro. Great price!
People hanging out around the front door and immediate vicinity.
The was great because it was near the metro but it was poor because there was no attractions near the Hotel
The loneliness of the area
Easy to get to the Metro station and connect to the rest of DC. Food quality in the Bistro was very good. Several casual restaurants located in walking distance, as well as a grocery store and drugstore.
Neighborhood kind of dead on the weekend.
