Near to metro
Further away from attractions. Right beside the railway tracks which is noisy
Comfortable bed Friendly staff Helpful staff Clean hotel
Not a lot of restaurants open near there for breakfast on weekends
The room and staff were excellent.
The area can be a bit seedy at night.
Staff were very cordial, room comfortable and restaurant food and atmorfree excellent.
Pool too small for the kids and restaurant prices too high.
The location the fact that they had a pool or the girl to use and everyone was so nice
We loved the accessibility to the Metro and the small pool for the kids to play in.
On the first night, the staff had difficulty getting us sheets. After two attempts, my husband went to the front desk. It almost felt like reverse discrimination from the tall black man who was not a desk person. Other than that, it felt fairly comfortable. I would also recommend that complementary breakfasts be included in the price. I stay between the Wyndham Suites and the Marriot chains, and the complementary breakfast will always be my first choice.
The room is cool. This is my personal opinion, I think there should a microwave in the rooms since you do not have facilities for room service.
The fact that there's no facility for room service. I think facility should be made for tea too not just coffee.
nice responsive staff.
too much airfreshener smell in the lower lobby and costly parking.
I was harassed the entire time by the security guards and the front desk gets really irritated when you call and ask questions
The location to the Metro was great. Within walking distance were restaurants, a 7-11, a CVS, and a grocery store. The bistro in the motel had delicious food. The manager of the motel, Mike, was so helpful and friendly as were all his staff.
The free Wi-Fi was very slow. At the cost of the room, I believe high speed Wi-Fi should be free and not have to pay $8.95 per day for it.
Starbucks coffee bar.
Location of hotel, bed too soft & uncomfortable. Poor value for money!
Proximity to metro and US Route 50 were excellent
Parking is not included in room fee
Close to metro
Did not give me the room type I reserved.
Location and facilities was great
location, parking, dinning
Love proximity to metro
Noisy on weekend with dubious characters in front of hotel- didn't feel safe
It was a very modern new hotel with spacious rooms.
We were given a confusing address and also confusing name of hotel, which made it a problem for the taxi.
House keepers did very good job. Hotel was very clean.
Limited hours on resturants being open didn't like. Menu very limited.
The first morning at this hotel I wake up with hives all around my body. There were bedbugs bites. I have been in lots of hotels during this and other trips, most of them economic ones. It is the first time I have such a problem. I complained with the hotel's manager who washed his hands off. Very bad experience in an expensive Marriot hotel.
Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were so comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. I have no complaints at all. Great weekend spent in D.C.
The neighborhood is a great up and coming location but the homeless people on the street is a bit of an issue.
Free Wifi through-out the hotel
No close restuarants in close proximity! We requested a cab to be there the next day by a certain time with the valet, No cab waiting. almost missed the train home. Staff was not knowledgeable on giving directions as well.
had to pay extra for breakfast.
Didn't realize we would get hit with a $25 a day tax. That sucks!
room space, neighborhood, location: very close to a metro station (NoMa)
