had to pay extra for breakfast.
Didn't realize we would get hit with a $25 a day tax. That sucks!
room space, neighborhood, location: very close to a metro station (NoMa)
Good looking room, great bathroom
Good joice if travelling by train. Metro station close by. 1 stop to Union Station.
Close proximity to metro station (50 metres) and only 1 stop to Union Station. Fantastic bistro facilities for good, healthy and well priced meals.
Being Australian we missed a kettle to make a cup of tea.
Really nice play to stay, large room, comfy beds. A bit far from everything, but taxi would take you to the National Mall area for more less 10$. recommended.
A bit slow internet.
the location was very good and convinient, easy access to the transportation, good options of places to go eat in a budget, like 7eleven/au and bon pain, starbucks at the site
not about the hotel but about the whole Washington DC area in the sidewalks a lot of homeless or people asking money everywhere give a unsafe feelling with the amount of security in the area, and some of the security in the museums were very unpolite and rude directing people, they need improve polite manner like Disney does
Very close to union station and New York Ave Metro. Friendly staff
Not much option for food in the hotel.
Very white linen, comfortable sleep, close to union station 15 mn walking distance and few steps to metro station. Good connection, supermarket close as well as some restaurants. Go green concept.
Value for money, empty bar, old desk chair in the room, check in on the 2nd floor, some of the guests were noisy and screaming at night.
Comfortable and clean hotel.
The fact that the lobby is not on the ground floor. For security reasons this is a concern. Lack of restaurants in the area.
It was extremely handy to have the Metro train entrance right next door to the Hotel. We used it most every day for our travels to DC.
The hotel is right on the edge of what I would consider questionable neighborhoods. There were beggars outside the hotel and Metro every day. Really took away from the nice qualities of the hotel.
closeness to subway entrance; friendliness of employees; computers to use in lobby; walking distance/5 minutes to inexpensive restaurants and grocery store;
had to switch rooms at beginning of stay;
The location was excellent. We were visiting friends who lived nearby. The hotel was right next to an Au Bon Pain restaurant and the Metro.
The charge for a car was $33 plus tax a day. That ended up adding almost $80 to our stay. So it therefore makes the cost of the hotel much more than when booked.
Free wifi, breakfast included option was great value! Staff helpful Nice bar/ restaurant 10 min easy walk to union station Metro station next door Good local shops
Air con was pathetic! Neighbourhood at night not great but not a problem Parking- park at the nearby car parks for better value
This hotel was 3 buildings from the subway. The subway system was so easy to maneuver. Staff was so helpful and friendly. We loved the onsite Bistro. Great breakfast included in price. It was not a continental breakfast, it was a great hot breakfast and the dinner menu was surprising. We really enjoyed the Crab cake and rib dinner we had.
I loved the convenience of having the Metro right outside the hotel and there were plenty of local shops nearby that were easily accessible by walking. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
I hate elevators and unfortunately it was the only way to get to check-in and the room. There was road construction right outside our room, which wasn't too bad, and the train lines were right there as well, also not too bad.
Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Room and hotel were clean. Location to the Metro was excellellent. Awesome value for the money!
Overall it was nice with good staff. Area wasn't as walkable as we would of liked. And it would of been nice to have bar restaurant open later on Saturday night. For the price it was nice.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was wonderful.
Every request I had was promptly taken care of. Room was perfect for our needs, very clean. We didn't notice much noise from the trains, slept well. The location proved to be perfect for Amtrack to Philadelphia and Metro to Silver Springs. I don't have any complaints regarding this property.
No parking. Only valet.
laundry, gym, indoor swimming pool
Close to Metro.
Price was a bit high.
The metro right next door was the greatest feature. The rest was as any good hotel should be.
The neighborhood on at least one side seemed like a warehouse, more like an industrial area.
